Aluminum is in damn near everything from food to all types of products, as well as the air, in all canned food, sodas, beer and so on. It is basically impossible to actually not have aluminum intake daily. Best one can do is be proactive and find as many alternatives to things you can and work on doing a heavy metal detox to clear out all the garbage in oneself and then just be diligent about keeping it flushed afterwards. The path we are all heading towards is becoming forgetful, foggy, dementia, etc. Find myself already seeing the beginning of such things. There is definitely actually ways to prevent this, however one has to commit to major changes In diet and lifestyle and I doubt many are willing to do that or are too ingrained on using certain things they won’t cut it out from their life.. Luciferase (and luciferin, its substrate) are used in a bunch of general lab assays because they glow when the reaction occurs so iit easy to measure. That’s about it.
