Totally a controlled demolition. Scary. I used to live in a similar building on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee with the swimming pool on top of the 2 basement deep parking garage. I think I filmed a few vids hanging out of the window, as the landlord never fixed the screens and they were just not there. That pool always leaked into the garage. But that being said, there was something odd and sinister behind this thing.
