I believe that in some areas of the Asian orient, that they cook certain species of fish so they’re literally served cooked until a point they’re still fractionally alive. For example; many years ago when i was on social media (long given up) I saw a clip from a restaurant serving oriental Asians what looked like a Carp being fried whilst still alive and as they were picking the flash fried meat off it, the fishes eyes were still active and alert as it was being picked apart on the restaurant table, so this video wouldn’t surprise me if it’s a similarly cooked fish - sick souls in a demonic realm.
