I have been rushed into hospital in Nigeria. I had Bupa cover - so I was in a Bupa hospital. I was looked after by a Nigerian doctor, in a room with tiles fallen off the walls and broken insect screens. The doctor was brilliant. The hospital...not so much. That lady doctor is West-African, probably (hearing her accent), Nigerian.
