And that is his/hers million to be spent until the death when the personal million (now dispersed evenly) is destroyed. No need for block-chain anything and no digital individual contracting veiled as value transaction. No banks and no interest, no central banking and no taxation bureaucracy. No standing armies and no intellectual property. We could never loose the ability to engage in free commerce, since we never had it so far the currency as money exists. No more grandiose public projects and no more ’we’ and ’the public’ that was a bulk-group-name solution of the Roman oligarchy (the only free people who enjoined full benefit of the law) to bind its powerless and uninformed serves under the Roman law (civitas/citizen). Then he goes on to a community (digital I guess), jumps to proceeds gathered, bind the community to a social contract (that will magically emanate from beyond) and make ’us the people’ accountable to the families of the injection-damaged. So, ... the covid criminals (he named an then some more he didn’t) have emptied national coffers globally and now he is trying to bind people contractually to pay for all the damages. "International inextricable interdependence and accountability. " See what he did there at the end? He wants us all to bind ourselves (digitally I guess is the only option technically viable) with a real social contract (that only sounds more humane, economically sound and financially fair but is just repainted old world economic rat-race monopoly game) that none of us will be able to fundamentally challenge.
