if you watch the vision where the car is about to hit the guy before its paused and then all blurred out, you can see how slow the car is actually going, using the guy walking in front of the car as a reference and how much distance he travels in that 1 step he takes, and then measuring that against how much distance the car travels we should be able to determine how fast the car is going. It looks bloody slow to me
