Looks faked to me. Where are the bodies of the first 4 to 6 people hit? The crowd reacts to and flocks to the guy down in the middle of the road that is the first injured body to show in the video. Then the camera pans back and we see no bodies or responders all the way back to where he started hitting people. There is a cluster of activity back the road in a spot before he started hitting anyone though?

Another convincing thing is in the broadcast video showing a flag waver being quite startled as the suv raced past her. She actually looked backwards to see if anymore cars were coming. Another video showed a young kid standing in the road just off the curb, facing it’s parents on the sidewalk while the suv shot by within a couple feet of the kid going at what looks like 35-40 MPH. well, this is quite convincing... i re-winded back to just before the initial alleged impacts over and over and though the camera angle does shift, and often times this is when some tricky editing is clipped in, i’m not seeing that in this one. it would make sense that the person filming would have some kind of physical reaction, causing a camera movement, if beholding such a thing.. i’m not seeing any clips in this..
