So the transfer was made in one swiping move. Now that process is in its final stages. There are almost no more small family farms in Eastern Europe or are dwindling, thus are also dwindling numbers of free, self reliant people there. It is very similar to how the land was parcelized and given to new settlers coming from Europe to the US about the same time, after 1850’s, but it was the land in the central the wild west that still needed to be cultivated. I went to the WHO website and listened to the original audio, it does sound like he said ’to kill children’ but I think he was going to say kids and then changed his mind and said children instead. BUT if you ever wanted to see what a puppet looked like, the head of an organisation like the WHO is a great example of that.
