The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has now struck down school mask mandates. They ruled that the Acting State help Secretary Allison Beam lacked the legal authority to impose mask mandates on kids and schools in the first place. And this has been going on for 644 days. Finally, they call it out and say you don't have the authority to do this. Now what I find interesting, the most interesting thing about this is that it affirms a previous ruling by a lower court. So this is a state court said you don't have the authority to do this. The state help secretary, state health dictator took it all the way to the state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania and they agreed with the lower court as well. And this is based on a 1955 law. And they said, well, that 1955 law doesn't give the health secretary, quote, blanket authority to create new rules and regulations out of whole cloth. Unquote, is that a pun? Because I mean, these things are just cloth. They're not even legitimate masks that are going to protect you against dust particles in a work environment. That's what you had the N95 masks for. The catch 95% of the particles that were large, like dust particles, is totally not effective for this virus. But the interesting thing is that this was a 1955 law. Now remember, I've talked many times about the model state emergency health powers act that was put in. You know, they did the dark winter simulation. You had 9, 11 a week later. You had the anthrax faults flag in the two of two months after that. You had the model state emergency health powers act. And that was sent out to the states. I said, here we got model legislation and you need to enact this state by state. Why? Because we have the ninth and the tenth amendment. And they don't have the power to do what Jim Kramer demands that Biden do. Just force everybody. Use the military and force everybody to take this. You need to do it. This is the job of the White House. No, it isn't. And they understood even as they were laying the groundwork for this, even as they rehearsed it for the last 20 years, they understood that it has to be done on a state by state level. And they were able to get about 35 states to enact the bulk of these recommendations. They do the same thing. The American Legislative Exchange Council for Conservatives, Republicans, they'll have a big confab, big party. And they will give them some legislation and say, here, you know, put your state's name at the top, sign it at the bottom and turn in your homework. And they do. And that's exactly what the model state helped. Model state emergency health powers act did. And yet evidently in Pennsylvania, they didn't put any of that stuff in because the health secretary there had to rely on a 1955 law, which wasn't as comprehensive as the model state legislation that was sent out by the federal government. And that's one of the things I think is most interesting about this that they did not focus on. So the Democrat governor, Tom Wolf, guess what he says. Well, I was going to get rid of it anyway. That's always about saving face, isn't it? I was going to get rid of it January the 17th anyway. Yeah. And the same way the CDC was going to get rid of it, she served power to put a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. And they did that under Trump and they extended it under Trump and then they extended again and again and again under Biden. Went before the Supreme Court, Kevin, I said, well, you don't have the authority to do that, but you said you're going to get rid of it in a month. So we'll let you do it. It's like, what? What's that? Yeah. So it was five to four to allow them to continue. And then when they didn't do it the following month, just like Tom Wolf would not do it January the 17th. Anyway, then they took that power away from them. You know, we look at the absurdity of the masks. I had a listener send me this picture. Take a look at that. He says, that's my grandson's concert, Christmas concert. They're playing instruments with a mask on. And maybe there's a hole there that I can't see because I can't understand how you can play a brass instrument without getting it up to your lips. Your lips have to vibrate, right? So maybe there's a way they're sticking the mouthpiece through those masks. But boy, it's a tight opening there. And then look at that. They've got masks. They've got a piece of cloth over their face. And then a piece of cloth over the bell of the wind instrument to make sure that they're not blowing the stuff out at people. That is one of the most absurd things I've ever seen in my life. Because both of those things are cloth. It'd be absurd enough if it was effective because we know that they're not at risk. And we now know a great deal about this that we suspected. Now we know it. But that's where this is going. So as far as masks go, you have some airline CEOs realize that this is really crippling their business as well. Just like you've got a lot of businesses that are starting to back down because on these, well, you take the jab or you're fired, right? It's your job or the jab. And so you've got hospitals who are rehiring people, but they fired. Other people are backpedaling on this as these judges have put a hold on these laws as they're being reconsidered. And I think what is going on here, you have a series of airline CEOs. You've got Delta. You got American. You've got United. They're all going to Congress and testifying that, hey, we've got filtration systems in the planes. Now these HEPA filtration systems, regardless of whether they can get the COVID or not, you know, a virus, they say, and this is a pretty wide range for COVID. It's an amazingly wide range. Yet another one of these things that's kind of suspicious about the virus, you know, do they have an isolated virus? They're telling us that the COVID virus is between 0.06 microns and 1.4 microns. That's an amazing range. I mean, you're talking about something this way, you know, like 50 times there. They have a range of size of these particles, like over 50 fold range. But they're saying that the average size is one micron. And then they tell us that these HEPA filters that are being used on airplanes are 99.9 percent effective against things in the range of a small as one tenth of a micron to one third of a micron. Oh, so you should be okay. Well, except you got a lot of particles that are smaller than that, they say. But again, it's an amazingly wide range of particle sizes. For the COVID virus that they say they don't have an isolate of. But let's just go with their data here. And for the moment, for the sake of argument here, Delta United, they testified that the air on an aircraft with a HEPA filtration system is a safest you can possibly breathe in an indoor environment. Republican Senator Roger Wicker questioned whether Americans would ever be able to get on planes without wearing masks again. Well, not if we don't change these people who are ruling over us under color of law, who have usurped this authority, these health bureaucrat dictators, people like the CDC, people like the state and local public health dictators. Unless we stop them, unless we stop the TSA and other people like that, no, you will not be able to fly without that. And of course, there's a lot of people who as passengers will not comply with this. And so they're not flying because TSA is now ramping up the fines. TSA is doubling its fines for any passengers who do not wear the mask the way it's demanded by the flight attendant. So as you've got three at least of these airline CEOs, testifying before Congress, the American Airlines CEO Doug Parker said it's true of all of our aircraft. They have these HEPA filters and they have the same airflow as the safest place you can be. The people pushing back on it are the flight attendant's union. They like that power to intimidate and boss people around. Frankly, I think that's what it is. Are they that illiterate that at this point in time, they're scared about this? You're going to tell me that if you have no confidence in the HEPA filters, that you're going to have confidence in a cloth diaper over your face. The Common Man They created Common Core that dung down our children. They created Common Pasts to track and control us. They're Common's Project to make sure the commoners own nothing and the communist future. They see the Common Man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary, but each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God. That is what we have in common. That is what they want to take away. Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide. Please share the information and links you'll find at deedavenikeshow.com. Thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing.
