China Bio Scare: Master Bait for civil unrest.

Since this year began there's been a few attempts to trigger some kind of happening. Luckily it has been avoided but for how long? I feel full on Martial Law is inevitable sometime in the future, because they have been training for it over the decades. It's just getting the event going that finally justifies rounding high profile people up and policing the remainder.
