Melbourne car massacre suspect's Sudanese girlfriend posts message about love after death of fifth victim
THE girlfriend of Bourke St Mall massacre suspect Jimmy Gargasoulas has posted a cryptic love message on Facebook.
SHE'S a 25-year-old Sudanese immigrant who is clearly conflicted about the apparent madman she has been dating.
Akiir Laurinda Muo is the pregnant girlfriend of Dimitrious “Jimmy” Gargasoulas, the man accused of last Friday's Bourke Street Mall massacre, which killed five people in Melbourne.
The professional hair braider from the Sudanese community in the western Melbourne suburb of Sunshine is believed to have been in the process of breaking up with Gargasoulas before he drove a car into the Friday afternoon crowd.
But Ms Muo, who reportedly had previously tried to break up with the 26-year-old during a brief but controlling relationship, has posted a cryptic message in the wake of the massacre.
The message, about love, was posted on her Facebook page on Sunday, just hours after a three-month old boy died in hospital, becoming Gargasoulas's fifth alleged victim.
Three adults and a 10-year-old girl were killed after allegedly being mown down by Gargasoulas, and the baby boy died in hospital on Saturday night.
