The limp body blinks moves its head and has good skin color for a body that she says she carried around (hours, days?). Had that child been dead rigamortis would have set in. The arms and head on that kid wouldn't be flopping about but would be very stiff.

The clothes are spotless and doesn't have any blood on her and she's blinking her eyes

Did she drug her child for this? For this photo op? Or was this child already sick before the turkish invasion and needs medical attention?
