Hi guys, today's subject is microwaves and weather. Microwaves affect weather. This is a scientific fact. Water absorbs microwaves. And the recent events in the French Quarter in New Orleans, many of you are familiar with the hurricane berry that never was. The big dud that was more impressive on the days before the storm actually arrived when it almost flooded everybody's cars. Now allegedly, rumor on the ground is that the New Orleans sewage and water board was told to not turn their pumps on. This is through the grapevine, it's unofficial, of course. But one of our friends, BFFs was the daughter of somebody who works at sewage water board and she called her BFF all upset about the news that her dad was told not to turn the pumps on to that day. And it scared a lot of people. It scared yours truly. I got out of town to save my new car which ironically died out of town, but that's just anecdotal here. What we do know about water, first of all, the largest, most gate kept truth of the whole climate change and climate changing, climate engineering and climate narratives period is that the most prominent greenhouse gas on earth is not. As you would think CO2, that would be a very educated guess based on what you've been fed. You would be correct on that information, but it's wrong scientifically because the most prominent greenhouse gas on earth is water vapor. And the alleged reason we are supposed to be okay with this being kept out of the narratives is because supposedly we can't affect the water vapor levels. There are no anthropogenic effects to water vapor. Only CO2. Now this is grossly errant. We are living in a radiative field of microwaves and frequency technologies that have effect on water vapor. Not to mention we are seeing the complete desiccation of boost guys behind water vapor trails allegedly just water vapor, although what is your water vapor forming on my dear? Pixie dust? No. Cloud aerosol interaction is significant. Air sols affect climate, but not as much as water vapor. That is significant because NASA says that even small changes in the location or abundance of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes brought about by greenhouse gases, other greenhouse gases since water vapor is one, human produced aerosols, or other factors associated with global change. This is NASA in their importance of understanding clouds document. And again this is what yours truly has seen in her own work when she has been studying climate engineering. Okay I will talk about myself in the third person here. I was studying climate engineering for several years when I, after my famous interview with Weather War 101, who has years of proving and documenting where the weaponized weather comes from. After he went AWOL and made a discovery, or actually right before he went AWOL, he went AWOL right after my discovery, that the hurricane seems to be going right into Doppler radar. This level fair is so predictable that I was able to predict the landfall of Irma's next two points. Actually in the next hurricanes I'm on record having called out a few hurricanes by checking out the radar. I also am on record for calling out Harvey and now, but Barry, before it happened because I had sources in the military that were told to pack their bags. So this gave me a heads up and put me on notice and on guard and triggered my PTSD as well. Of course, out from Katrina, but what we need to understand is that there is a, everybody by now more or less has heard of Harp, high active overall research project in Alaska and there are several towers around the world. It has been admitted by the Air Force that Harp is used to manage the atmosphere. Why the atmosphere needs to be managed? I'm not quite sure, but this is on record. And what the people who have joined my team in these tracking of hurricanes, which has led to a body of work, which is absolutely life changing, because it explains the mysteries of history for the last hundred years going back to Tesla, who is the father of weaponized radar, not weaponized Harp. Harp is just the next generation. His technology has never stopped being reverse engineered or perfected. And what we are seeing now is the perfection of a hundred years of Renewa Tesla tech, which has far reaching implications in a vast range of possibilities. And some nations have been using some of these technologies for decades, for half a century now. And others are just catching on. We have China and Russia banding together to conduct controversial experiments altering the atmosphere. We have satellite images of very unnatural cloud formations, which we know are microwave related. The actual Doppler radar manual says not to point the beam too long in one direction. Thank you, Jimly. You are aware of the Doppler truth about them steering the storms, aren't you? I know you have them mapped out, but you did ask your viewers what they think if it steers the storms. You know it steers the storms, right? I mean, there's really, really good evidence, and I've used it in my documentary series. Please check it out, Jim, so that you can share the information with your viewers, and we can end weaponized weather, because I have the message that will end weaponized weather. Kim trails you can't catch, so they're safe. Harp you can't get to. And you can't even see when they're using it or not. There used to be something online that showed when it's being used. If you've got a map that does show that, I would left to see it. I can't find one. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough. But now what's going on? See, they've suppressed the knowledge of Tesla's technology. They always downplay it, just like they're downplaying the ability of the transfer of not just wireless information, but wireless power. And we're seeing that now with the wireless charge. Although it is contact to contact, we do have non-contact coming soon. And allegedly some people are saying 5G can steal the electricity from an electric car, can actually take the power out, drain a car. Is this true? Well, let's look at the recent events here in Mexico. 15 feet of hail, not so much on the roofs of the houses as on the streets, not so much on the sidewalk, as in the streets for a few block radius, not more, not less. Where is all the hail and how come it's so concentrated underneath the LED lights and the black wires, like Jamie Lee, was so kind to break down for us. You see it, folks. You see any of the hail storm on top of the roofs here? Are you seeing the roofs covered with the hail? Well, there's one with the roof, but there's not. And this roof collapsed for some reason. But where's all of this hail storm or whatever they're calling it? How come it's not on the roofs? And then there's certain streets over here, we're going to see it a minute too. And you can see over in this building, and we'll picture over it, and see over this building down here in the lower corner. That's not. But you can see how it's solid it gets. And the solidity of how fast it sets up. I mean, this is what we used to call Sierra Semen up in Lake Tahoe when it would come in the later seasons, and then it would just solidify. Look at over here people. There's no snow over here. They're standing on the street. The snow only came on the streets, and I'll get to why that is in a minute. It looks like down here, they're looking for bodies and what not. Oh, nobody died from this, but it just stopped the cars in their place. Now look up here. Look at this picture up on top up here up in this area. The cars are fine. There's no hang out. There's no whatever they're calling it. It's not snow. This was a geoengineered vent. Look at the cars. They're completely fine. There's dirt over there. So it was an isolated event just on the roads. Look at the sidewalk. Look at the people walking on the sidewalk. They didn't just, they didn't have snow plows come and push it. And look at these cars. This was like a river of hail storm. And down here it's completely clear. Completely geoengineered event. These pictures are absolutely incredible. Showing what's happened here. So how did this happen? Why did this happen? What is going on here? Well, I posted the other day. The other day, I've got to let the most important video you'll ever watch. And what I want you to focus on is this right up in here. Let me zoom it in a little bit. And you know what it is? It's the LED lights. This is what we're learning now. These LED lights are weaponized. Robert Steele has talked about it on 5G that he's weaponized the weather lights. And here's what I think happened. Look at this guy standing. There's no hail or snow on top of this roof here. It was an isolated event. Again, you see it on the sidewalks. They're standing on the sidewalks where the snow is in the middle of the road. Well, I've talked before about dark fiber. I've talked about the 5G energy that they're bearing underground. And then these light poles would create the frequency event. And all they have to do is ionize it and put some weather in there. And they can microclimate anywhere they want. And this is what I think happened. I think they microclimate it using the LED lights. And these LED lights combine with the lower frequencies down underneath the ground. And they created this weather event. And they microclimate it. Climatated it. However the word is. It was done in very, very micro units. And they can do it anywhere they want it. We saw in Texas, as we saw in Japan, as we saw the heat waves. These are all geoengineered events that have been perfected now over 40 years. In my book, Geoengineering, investigations and the Manavis 6th Great Extension event. In the back of the book in the appendix, I show over 40 years of weather modification patents. They've been doing this for a very, very long time. And now they're using nanotechnology. I'm not telling you. I'm not telling you. I'm not telling you. I'm not telling you. I'm not telling you. I'm not telling you. I'm so number at large Jason Williams is actually trying to make it to the studio for the interview. Jason, we understand that was too difficult for you. Thank you so much for joining us by phone this morning. What did you experience trying to get here? She, but the streets are up. And I just want to say to anyone who is not out yet, stay home. If you are not in a very high SUV, your car will get stalled. If you are in a very high SUV, you will push water into someone else's car and possibly cause damage to it. There is no reason to be out here. If you have commitments that you think you need to make or something's not reported as closed, deal with the consequences after this bad weather event. It is nearly impossible to get around. And all you're going to do is call the hazard for yourself and for someone else. The city hall is even close today. It is. I mean, frankly, at the end of the day, there's no reason to keep something open if people can't get there. And it is a public danger to encourage people to get out and streets down our flutter. And Jason, I think what's crazy for everyone is that today was the day the local officials were preparing for what we could possibly see from this tropical development in the Gulf. And it was the day the local officials were preparing for what we could see from this tropical development in the Gulf. And it was the day the local officials were preparing for what we could see from this tropical development in the Gulf. And it was the day the local officials were preparing for what we could see from this tropical development in the Gulf. And it was the day the local officials were preparing for what we could see from this tropical development in the Gulf. And so, that is something that's fascinating. That is something that's fascinating. So, it's deeply concerned because we have a lot of other water hanging our way. and if this water's not going down we're going to have some serious problems. How do you and other officials kind of regroup from this and get ready for the weekend? Well, first and foremost, we need I think we need people to stay put. because all that's going to do is add big hunks and metal that can't be moved in the roadways. It's going to stop our first respondent and our institrucks from getting to place they need to get to try to make repairs and to try to help people who might be an emergency. It's got to be scary for a lot of people because this is just the beginning of the bad weather event. Yeah, and you know we're getting a lot of social media responses from people to this kind of just surprise that this is happening. But of course they're wondering about the pumps this morning. We have been in communication with Sewage and Water Board. They're telling us that only two out of 120 pumps are not working. Have you guys been communicating with Sewage and Water Board this morning? We try to get solid answers from Sewage and Water Board. I got the same information you got. To me that is an unofficial report. I've been told before that pumps were working and they weren't. I don't know the answer to that. I'm not willing to stand behind that. Right now I can tell you that a heart of uptown are flooding that I haven't seen flood in my 46 years. So I'm talking about the areas between Superior Grill and Iperia Bank on St. Charles's sidewalk is covered. It looks like a river. There's fire hydrants that you can only see the top stop. Now these are areas that have never flooded before. I know the low-lying areas aren't flooding. I mean when we expect that to happen we're supposed to be trying to correct that. But now we've got areas that have never flooded before that are flooding. I'm going to have a lot of questions. I'm going to want to know for fact every single pump that was working not working when it was turned on. I will trust but I'll also verify. That makes sense. Are you going to have time to get those questions answered before the tropical storm system that we're expected to hit us this weekend or is that something where we're just going to have to kind of go through that? I only got to know that. I don't know. Sure. You made a great point though. A lot of people have been telling us to squaring the areas that they're seeing flood or where they live. They've never seen flood. Not even in Katrina and this is something we've heard over the past two years in several flooding incidents. And this is one of those things. How do people feel reassured living in New Orleans? At the end of the day, we know the problem that we have and we have to work to rectify that problem. It should not get worse before it gets better. Areas that have not flooded in decades should not begin to flood now. We're going to have some serious questions for the Southern Water Board and DPW just so we can understand why this is happening. There may be a rational, reasonable answer. Whatever it stands right now, I can't think of it. We understand Jason Williams, Council Member at large. Thank you so much for joining us this morning. Oh, we're going to need some answers, Councilman Williams. Although you know, I already gave you a few and I already called this out a few times. To human health implications, there's been no mention here today. And that's probably should be the biggest concern when it comes to technology. Yes, you want to superwire this city. You're superwiring human beings too. And what are the environmental implications to adding to the microwave technology we already have Doppler radar? And there is some mention that they might be interacting with the storms. Katrina went into five Doppler radars in a row. And we have testimony from Army Captains that said the military knew about the New Orleans being a location was ordered to bring 5,226 body bags to New Orleans 11 days before Katrina made landfall. So there is a lot more to this conversation that I would love to see happen in. I'm all for integration and cooperation. I think some of the failures like the over reading of the meters was a systemic failure and it might actually have been done deliberately, but that's my own theory. So what studies have been done regarding the health implications are people right now fighting to get the smart meters off their houses. I spent two months trying to make sure I didn't get a smart meter in my house. So go to necessary progress. A city like ours where we have carnival, sporting events, conventions, or nearly a weekly basis. We owe it to ourselves to make sure that our communication systems are built to withstand that bandwidth that also goes to not just the fun things that we have, but the perils that we also must be prepared for. Bad weather events, contra flow, evacuations, those moments and times when we have everyone trying to get on and hopefully we will take up a motion to authorize a month-a-month extension to the contract of Shulman Rogers, Gandell and Porti, who provide legal services for the council in matters regarding that. Oh, I do apologize. We do have one public comment card from Raphael O'Neill before we move. Before the vote I put in two comment cards. No, no one second. Just to be sure. There's no one second. Talk in about. We have one comment card from Raphael O'Neill regarding fiber optics. So would you like to speak to that? Would you like to speak to the final agenda? Well, I'd like to speak to both. I can have two cards, right? Yes. Okay, thank you. First of all, Brian Snyder, thank you for the fiber optics talk. I'm for fiber optics. I want more fiber optics and I realize it would be wise with your 5G to have a, you know, a grid installed that's uniform. I want more fiber optics less 5G. And on this I'm going to take a minute to have a two minute weather modification, weather history, weather climate talk. The most prominent greenhouse gas on earth is not CO2. It is not methane. It is water vapor. This is a scientific fact. 90% of the greenhouse gases is water vapor. And we don't consider this in the climate change sustainable narrative because supposedly we do not affect water vapor. And that is not the case when you look at microwaves. Now we have harp, which is an ionospheric heater in Alaska, which the Air Force said they used to manage the atmosphere. We have Russia and China doing controversial heating atmospheres of the atmosphere using microwaves or doing heating atmospheres. Doppler radar is having a love affair with the storms. The storms keep going into Doppler radar. This is work that I've done. Nola Butterfly YouTube World of Hot Water. See the documentary series and see the scientific evidence for it. I'm laying out six more shows before I send it to a thousand meteorologists. I've talked to Margaret Orr. I've talked to the American Meteorological Society Conference. I've talked to the National Weather Service. I know my stuff and this needs to be on the table if you're talking about sustainable because he radiating humanity. 30 more seconds on the side. He radiating humanity. I'm so glad I get the same time to be graceful to talk about myself. So anyways, we have also now the NOAA is worried that 5G is going to interfere with 25 years of water, weather prediction because it's going to interfere with the water vapor signal. So we need to consider water vapor and microwaves. Okay, that's what I'm going to say on that. But for fiber optics, it's great. It's great. And Miss O'Neil, you can stay right there. You're our only public comment card on motion M19. Okay. And that is month-to-month extension on the contract of Schoeman Rogers, Gandalf and Porti. Sure. And I wasn't sure I was going to come today because it was a one second. Let me just move adoption. And I don't want you time to start and stop. You're pulled two minutes. As soon as I would move adoption and it's seconded by Council President Moreno, you have your floor. Okay, so despite today being the global 5G protest day around the world, I wasn't going to come because well, I was paling out the water from the flooding and the failed pumps. But we can't manage the sewage and water board. Yes, we're going to manage the radiation. Thank you. Across the city. Complaints have started coming in. And the reason I'm here today is because they installed smart meters in my in my neighborhood on Friday. And ever since I have not been able to sleep, I've broken up in my office. Miss O'Neil, this is on a this is about smart and sustainable and providing information because I've also asked you for six months to provide a help. Miss O'Neil, just one moment. This is one moment we're stopping you time. Okay, thank you. This agenda item is on a month-to-month extension of a contract for Shulman Rodgers, Gandell and Porti. Okay. Do you wish to come in on that? This is about infrastructure for 5G. No, this is about a month-to-month extension for a contract for Shulman Rodgers. And what are the two? Are they sustainable related? Sustainability related? No, they're legal counsel for matters involving the FCC. Okay, well, I would love to talk to them because neither the FCC nor you could provide a single study that proved 5G was safe for humanity and we asked you to and that was a sham health panel and everyone in New Orleans has seen what went on here as a kangaroo court that was promised as a health panel but then had industry bias despite we're still looking for one study that proves 5G is safe for humanity. So good luck with everything else you're voting on, good luck fighting global warming with a wrong narrative and with all this gay keeping. Good luck because we're all in this together. So, Councilman Williams, he said it was flooding in parts of New Orleans that never flooded before. It's interesting because the parts of New Orleans that flooded, that never flooded before, were the parts of New Orleans that had the LED 5G lights or the 5G already put up in its neighborhoods. We have complaints coming in from the French quarter, we have complaints coming in from the Garden District, we have complaints coming in from Gentilly, we have complaints coming in from Broadmoor, Nola Rising, we are going to be heard, Stop 5G, even if it's not adding to our rain event, the possibility of future technological hacks or potential weaponization is still there and even if all it does is give us faster downloads it is still irradiating the fuck out of us doing so. So excuse me, I hope to not offend but if I offend you let that offense motivate you away from radiation instead of into insult, okay? The insult here is a threat to human life and the non-sustainability of the alleged smart 5G technology. There's nothing smart about killing humanity unless you're a eugenicist. Rise up humanity. It's currently running the facility. I've mentioned that it's our understanding through the President of New AF that plans are to move forward and demolish the facility this summer. So the question to you is is that accurate can you explain why and then perhaps to both you and Mr. Schaefer is there any benefit in exploring a potential relationship with the University of Alaska to perhaps take over the heart? Thank you Senator. The Air Force has gotten great value out of heart in the past. We took over from the Navy and managed it and actually did a number of experiment campaigns up there and finished our work that we're interested in doing up there. We've moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere which the heart was really designed to do was to inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it and that that work has been completed. The Air Force has maintained the site for other government agencies to use for several years now and with our completing their project that's our last government customer that we have in the site. We have put out a call government-wide for other agencies that had interest in managing the site or are taking it over and including going out to academia and seeing if there was any interest there. We have gotten interest in the University and Fairbanks, however the interest we have is that they will run it if we fund it which is unfortunately in this fiscal environment we're in right now. This is not an area that we have any need for the future and don't see that it would be good use of Air Force S&T funds in the future. So our position has been that if there's not somebody who wants to take over the management and the funding of the site then the Air Force has no future need and that we do plan to do a dismantle of the system in the future after we make appropriate notifications. Yes, another question on the interview with Los Angeles Times on April 21st you said that the you told the associated press that the American government has created weather tampering techniques so that the new world order will be able to starve millions of Americans and to control the rest. Would you explain what you were trying to say? Well, what I was trying to say is exactly what I said. There is weather control techniques. We have a complete package on that which I did not bring but I certainly will see to that it is brought in for the record. Number one, the entire patents on the equipment. Number two, Senator Claiborne-Pell's complete statement and story of his own that not only does it exist but that we even utilize it as far back as the Vietnam War. You might want to touch back the senator. I just want to repeat before. But we do have all that information. You're saying the government has created weather tampering techniques so that the quote new world order will be able to starve millions of Americans. Worldwide. Millions of Americans and to control the rest. Yes, sir. And that's my belief. As bizarre as that sounds, when if somebody had told me that equipment even existed 10 years ago, I would have thought they were nuts, sir. And at this point in time we have all the documents to prove it. And if you think that 85 tornadoes takes place in the middle of our growing area by simultaneous accident, I'm sorry, with the equipment that's already set up internationally. And as bizarre as that is, it is proven and documented. We will supply you with those documents. As bizarre as that is, I would say that when they're warned and this is a voting actually, Senator Claveron tell himself that they are the greatest weapon ever created in the world. And that's the Senator's own statement. So yes, I have to de-same them. Thank you, Mr. Berger. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Thank you very much. So there you are, folks. Some more on this world of hot water that we find ourselves in. And if you support this work, we ask you to like, share, subscribe, click the notification bell. And this is really important work. And so therefore it is seriously shadow banned. You will not get notified if the video is worth a damn. And if it is, you might want to check back and see if you can catch those that you miss. Get the word out. Once critical mass realizes the significance of water vapor in the climate change narrative, they will be better equipped to make sure the sustainability narrative and conversation doesn't fall right back into the hands of the same industry that got us into this world of hot water we're in today. Also, considering the censorship, if I go missing from YouTube or Facebook as Norla Butterfly, slash Rafael O'Neal, feel free to find me on subscribe star. I am building that as we speak, or you can pay pound Norla Butterfly. And we accept other nations, people are really supporting this work are getting excited about this work and we're we're simulating it still. But we are facing some tremendous obstacles just on the financial front and the censorship front. So it's a juggling act and we do our best. Always check back. We will always come back with more information. Even if we get next deep in hot water. God bless and blessed be.
