Sandy Hook Kwik Take #4: The "final report" on Sandy Hook by Danbury State's Attorney Stephen

Sedensky III does not establish a causal nexus connecting the alleged shooter with his presumed

victims or the weapons he is supposed to have used and therefore could not have served as the

basis for a trial, which, were it properly conducted, could not have found him guilty of the crime.

This is that Jim Fetzer, the editor of the book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, where we established, among other key points, that the official report on Sandy Hook, by Dan Barry State's Attorney Steven Sedansky, was an abject failure. It did not establish a causal nexus between the shooter, the victims, and the weapon, and he's alleged to have used, for example. He's supposed to have shot his mother with a 22 caliber rifle, but it had no fingerprints, oddly enough. And even more remarkably, of the 150 or more slugs that were gathered from the school, none of them could be identified to the 5.56 caliber bushmaster. He's supposed to have used, which was buried in an obscure footnote number 53. No positive identification could be made to any of the bullet evidence submissions noted under these circumstances. It would have been impossible for the alleged shooter Adam Launze, to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense, which one might have naively supposed would have been the objective of the investigation. But if that was its goal, it wasn't achieved. And if there had ever been such an abysmal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I would love to hear about it. If you believed my fight for freedom of speech is worthy, consider none of the money raised will be used to offset the absurd $450,000 verdict, only to support the appeal that will set aside the award in the trial. I have been denied to correct the record exposed Sandy Hook and to the extent possible under the circumstances. Restore respect for the First Amendment freedom of speech and freedom of the press. I would welcome your support.
