Ok so if this is some infectious ER unit they suck. People are walking around all over the place. If this was real and it was really a body dropper, just walking around like this would be a containment. This looks like basic general injuries to me. No ventilators or people hacking and wheezing. One home boy appears to have a hang over or something, but that happens I suppose if you drink.
