Philly cop shooting hoax-revised

I had read the drill information wrong (Loosing my vision for small text, think I need bifocals). It dawned on me that PA didn't list their drills until the following year in an annual book, which when I woke up the next day dawned on me because I had to go to those for the old train hoax drills. I probably wouldn't have caught it reading it, since my eyesight for small text is a blur. I also thought it was important to add Robin's information, and anyone can go watch his videos on YT. He was at the hospital recording the media, and I don't even think the fake wounded ever showed up (but I didn't watch all of his videos yet). I recommend anyone go watch his videos. He's a little weird, but if you can overlook that, then you will get some good info and predictions.
