Imagine a population so brainwashed that you could convince them to be terrified of a virus that they've never seen, while spraying them daily in broad daylight in the sky, only for them to deny it's happening to them, because no one on TV told them it was. The first of the first time in the world is a new world. Geoengineering is a method to counterbalance the effects of global warming, owing to the increased concentrations of atmospheric greenhouse gases. Geoengineering or climate engineering generally falls into two specific categories. The first of which is called carbon dioxide removal, which as the name suggests is basically capturing carbon from the atmosphere and storing it. The second method is what's known as solar radiation management. Now, solar radiation management differs from carbon dioxide removal in that what you're trying to do is reflect an additional amount of sunlight back out to space. So, solar radiation management is basically trying to reflect sunlight back out to space, leading to a cooling to counterbalance the increases in greenhouse gases. There's been various different solar radiation management schemes that have been mooted as being possible, all of which are basically trying to reflect sunlight back out to space. One of the most popular is to inject some reflective material into the stratosphere. This mimics really the impact of volcanic eruptions, which have been shown on the observational record to cool climate. There's another method which is artificial brightening of low-lying stratachumulus clouds. If you inject some aerosol into these low-lying stratachumulus clouds, you can brighten them. And of course, when you get a brightening of the planet, you're reflecting more sunlight back out to space. Those are the two most popular solar radiation management techniques that are in the press at the moment. Carbon dioxide removal is often thought of as a relatively benign kind of georeengineering because you're simply reducing the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. It's not quite as simple as that because a lot of the land that would be used for general agricultural practices, like the moment, would have to be converted into land for specific growing of biomass burning. So there's certainly some ecological implications that associated with CDR. Solar radiation management, the main conclusions that are coming out of the solar radiation management studies, is that you cannot get a no temperature change earth, no global mean net temperature change without there being some regional side effects. So although you can hold the temperature of the earth fixed at, say, present day conditions, you will get regional responses in both temperature, for instance, the poles will warm up more than the equator, and you will also get impacts on precipitation. Bill Gates is backing the first high-altitude experiment of one radical climate change solution, creating a massive chemical cloud that could cool the earth. It's called solar geoengineering, and it's highly controversial. How long will it be that countries keep experiencing these climate impacts before someone gets desperate and says, hey, we need to cool the planet with solar geoengineering? It would look something like this. Thousands of planes would fly very high and use nozzles to inject millions of tons of light reflecting particles into the stratosphere. It would create a thin chemical cloud of those particles around the whole planet, blocking some sunlight from reaching the surface. It would mimic a giant volcanic eruption, which we know cools the earth, but it also comes with significant risks and uncertainties. Things like mass famine, mass flooding, drought of kinds that will affect very large populations. It could weaken monsoons in India, China, and Africa enough to affect crops. It could eradicate blue sky. You start increasingly in the amount of diffuse light, and you have less direct light, which is the same thing I think it looks hazy and wide. So then just controlling rainfall's however they please. Messing with Mother Nature, that's always a good idea. And then, other, my personal favorite. Tested the rain. 13,100 microgans per liter of aluminum in the rain in 2013. Normally it should be zero. So 13,100 is pretty damn much, folks. He used to be zero. Then it was 100s in 2000s. And then since 2010, it's into the 1000s and the latest 13,100. And the snow on Mount Shasta, pristine Mount Shasta, 61,000 feet. No, excuse me. 8,000 foot level, 61,000 microgans per liter. Four times the amount that is found in the soil up there. Where the hell is this stuff coming from if it's not coming from the soil? You know, these tests are international in scope. We're seeing this all over the world, guys. Okay, pH of acid soils is 20 times more alkaline. The aluminum in the soil has doubled in the last 10 years. Aluminum blocks essential nutrients. I am unable in my garden to restore normal pH. And that's because nanoparticles are now in the circulatory systems of both plants and humans. So welcome fellow guinea pigs. The collapse and decrease of agriculture is something I worry about even more than the previous info about autism and Alzheimer's. Conducted air sampling, I conducted soil sampling and I was getting high levels of these contaminants. When I started asking the question again under a new commander, I never in my life thought I would have somebody look me in the face and tell me, is there something wrong with you? You've been looking really depressed lately. You know I can put you under mental evaluation for up to 120 days. Who would take care of your daughter because I was divorced at the time? As soon as I heard that, I knew, it validated everything I ever thought. And I thought I spent nine years of my life trying to protect human health. And here we are violating law after law after law. Just sitting here instead of protecting the people, we are poisoning the people. And you ask yourself, if this is true and we are spraying the people, where are the pilots, where are the people? I don't know if you pay attention but look at snow to look at, look at manning. People don't come forward because these supposed whistleblower act protections that you have are not enforced. They are not supported and they really don't exist. Geoengineering is occurring, it's been occurring, it is not new and your tax dollars are funding this. So it is unethical every day for all the other people that are out there that work and preventive health or even physicians that are speaking about this, they need to. The one who is responsible for anything that is a crime in the air, you have a special phone number to call and I did that. So I had a light talk with him and I asked him, can you please look outside because there is a checkerboard of cam trails going on. So this guy who is an authority in the air police admitted that if there is any crime in the air and I report that and he is a witness of that crime and he does nothing, he can be sued for that. So he said to me, I will look into this and I will study it and I will investigate this and it will call you back the next day. And he did, the next day I get a phone call and he said first he said he was not able to get information about those planes doing it and then he did some more digging and then he found out it was NATO. And NATO is above the government and he admitted he is a police or authority of the air police, he admitted that it is strange that they can do nothing about it because NATO is doing it. There is substance found by a southwest Arkansas man be part of a government test. Well that is the question at the heart of a phenomenon called Kim Trills, now getting widespread attention. Well tonight, Gaisley News 12 investigation reporter Jeff Ferrell shows us the results of testing we had done about what's in our skies. It seemed like some mornings it was just Chris Cross in the whole sky, it was just like a checkerboard. Bill Nichols snapped several photos of the strange clouds from his home in Stamps, Arkansas. They begin his normal contrails from a jet engine but do not fade away like a normal contrail. Soon after he saw particles in the air. You know because we'd see it dropped it to the ground in a haze. Nichols then noticed the material collecting on the ground. Does water and stuff that I collected in bowls I had it set out in my backyard on a dead pickup truck. Gaisley News 12 had the sample tested at a lab. The results a high level of barium, 6.8 parts per million, more than three times the toxic levels set by the EPA. Armed with these lab results about the high levels of barium found in our sample, we decided to contact the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. They told us that yes, these levels are very unusual but at the same time they added the caveat that proving the source is a whole nother matter. Barium is a hallmark of other chemtrail testing which even attracted attention from a Los Angeles TV station. There's already no shortage of unclassified weather modification programs by the government. But those who fear chemtrails could be secret biological or chemical testing on the public point to the 1977 Senate hearings in particular which confirmed 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Later, the 1994 Rockefeller report concluded hundreds of thousands of military personnel were also subjected to secret biological experiments over the last 60 years. But could secret testing be underway yet again? Rather it'd be something inert and benign, you know, something that's not causing any damage but I'd like to know what it is. KSLA News 12 discovered chemtrails are even mentioned by name in the initial draft of House Bill 2977 back in 2001 under the Space Preservation Act. But the military denies any such program exists. Jeff Ferel, KSLA News 12 reporting. And you know, it turns out until nine years ago the government had the right under U.S. law to conduct secret testing on the American public under specific conditions. Only a public outcry repealed part of that law with some exceptions. Now Jeff Ferel mentioned high levels of barium linked to those alleged chemtrails we wanted to find out exactly what affects barium has in the body. We spoke with Mark Ryan, the director of the Poison Control Center. Ryan tells KSLA News 12 that short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains. Long term exposure causes blood pressure problems. Ryan addressed concerns by chemtrail researchers that barium could be meant to wear down a person's immune system. But anything that causes ill effects in the body long term chronically is going to affect your ability because it's constantly working on the body. So from that aspect, yeah, that's a potential. So who would like to kick off with what they're what what they're spraying and perhaps why? Yes, I can answer that so it's so what they're spraying we've all around Europe we have had tests done from the dust on your car from the dust on roofs and I noticed the chemtrails personally for about the last 10 years. A lot of confirming information can also be found on that website. So we have had many samples tested from various laboratories where they have mass spectrometers. And the main constituents are barium, sprantium, aluminium oxide, the first two are carceogenic aluminium oxide promotes Alzheimer's disease amongst other things. And there are various microplastics up to 2% uranium and graphene oxide which we all know about. These tend to be the basic elements in what they're spraying. The justification for it, they say and we're talking the new world order globalists etc etc is to dim the sun because it's climate change or whatever they want to call it next week. It's to dim the sun and to insidiously poison everything. It is the depopulation program it all leads back to that. It leads back to the World Health Organization. It leads back to the WEEF, Davos and the main players who are sponsoring this of the Bill Gates Foundation and various others. But this is in the agenda 2030, in the agenda 2021. It's well documented in the Johns Hopkins University agendas. They are all publicly available. So it essentially does two things. It is to book out sun and to insidiously poison everything. I care about it and I'm extremely worried about what is going to be left to them. These pandas, linings, remain poor and if you know you might have observed a white powder before two months back there's a white powder on the car on the other side. People are saying what is right powder. So do you think there can be any connection in between these two? The concern is off the charts about why is this happening? Why is this being allowed to be sprayed continually all over the United States, all over the world? Who is paying for this? I mean the incidence of Alzheimer's has just skyrocketed which evidently has to do with an accumulation of aluminum in the brain cells. I mean I think almost every family has been touched by a member as they get older having Alzheimer's and it's a horrible disease and to say that well this just came because people drank soda pop out of aluminum cans. So when my father passed away with Alzheimer's and he didn't ever drink soda pop that explanation doesn't ring true with me. And so I'm wondering how much did this chemtrails spraying back in the Illinois area affect him. These are part per million. They sent this to me and I just found this to be extremely interesting because we should have like two parts per million of aluminum in our air. And this is saying that there's 39,000 parts of aluminum. That's astronomical. Barium is high. I mean these are way off the charts of what people should be breathing or what's coming down on them. And you know if people wonder why their health is deteriorating, why they're having to go to emergency rooms, why they can't breathe, you know why they're getting Alzheimer's. This has been planned. We have elites. I don't know what you want to call them. One world or it's aluminum. I don't need whatever you want to call them. But with these people that don't care about the average person, they only care about themselves, their greed, their power. You know I've heard different explanations about oh we need to cool the planet all this and that. But if people are up there trying to cool the planet, why do they need all this kind of stuff in it. The explanations just never have really rang very true. If they eliminate you know two thirds, three fourths of us from the planet, so much for the better for them because then they don't have so many people to have to hurt around and worry about. So this is a lot what this is about. And this is very very alarming and scary. Don't you feel better when you stand up and fight than if you crawl down in a little hole and go to sleep? You know I mean my gosh people there are your families are out there, children are out there, your grandchildren. I mean you've got to do something to help. You know it's interesting because of the different weather modification programs, there's something like I think by around 32 in the continental U.S. alone going on. So the theory is that geoengineering is in part weather modification. You know Mike that's a very good point. There are so many subsets connected with this issue of geoengineering. People are writing to us all the time with information about the connection to global warming, the connection to weather modification. Some people think there's a connection with more gallons disease. Others think it's kind of a means of transmitting electromagnetic impulses from the harp antenna system up in a lask in Siberia. It gets your head spinning and each area I think is worthy of investigation but we have so little time. I think it's wise for us to stay focused on just the air spraying and the toxic effect of these chemicals, the destruction of the planet and the damage to human health. What more do you need than that to convince people that we have to put a stop to. So the state focused I think is our mission on this one. It could be some harmful chemicals or did I know. So do you think that we should check on this what has that means this we should check. And I know I can't wait for it was in LA or I was on the road but I had looked up one day and I thought look at that. That's not the flight path man. That was a grid, a grid, a regular grid over the city and I couldn't believe my eyes. And you know it all seems very obvious and now the evidence of what we have on the ground with the aluminum, the barium, the tronium and with what we see in the patents and what the human engineers there is going to happen. Wait, you could spray something into the atmosphere just to stop it warming. We put a condensable few megatons a year of sulfur directly out of the back of an aircraft. And each year you have to put a little more and this doesn't in the long run mean that you can forget about cutting emissions. No, look at it so eventually. The main time we're shrouding the earth in sulfuric acid. If you go to aircraft engineers and we've done this they say that would be easy. We could do this if you want this to. We put 50 million times in sulfuric acid in the year now gas pollution and it kills a million people a year worldwide. Okay, but it'll be better if we put more in. We're talking about 1% of that. 1% more we're just killing 10,000 more people. You can do math. You ever look at those planes up there, they have contrails behind them? Maybe they're actually spraying chemicals in the atmosphere right now and Uncle Sam isn't telling us. Seems extremely unlikely. And collectively around the globe, we have to understand that it is now being admitted because they're saying it's combatting climate change. While the climate change we need to be worried about is man-made climate engineering also known as geoengineering. And when you say you had chemicals being pumped into the air, what kind of chemicals are they putting out that's rained down on humanity basically? And we had different particulate metals. We had different sulfates and barium and stromium. I know it's probably changed over time. I know that you still were iodide for certain things. But these are the odd part of it was the quantities that I saw them coming in, the form that they were coming in. And it's the same type of materials that I was trying to engineer out of the workplace to substitute with safer materials. And when you notice that what's called the safety data sheet, the information about a chemical of what personal protective equipment is where? How do you dispose about? How do you pack it to ship it? When key information is missing, I ask questions. And my questions let to demonization. And I knew I found something I shouldn't have. That's insane. So these metals are basically toxic for the humans I would presume or? Yes, because it also has aluminum, aluminum. And a lot of people will tell you, well, these things aren't horrible in small quantities. It's not small quantities because when you are putting things above us, the dissipation rates are dependent on weather and climate. But it's getting into the food, it's getting into the soil. And around the world, these wastewater treatment plants, when it comes to pharmaceuticals or these toxicants is what they're called. They are not able to filter them out. So if you're growing organic food, you know, it's, we're going to go back to the plexiglass barriers on our plants. I mean, it's horrible. That's why you can ban it anywhere we've had states, states in the United States, ban it. And that is great to get the ball rolling. But people really need to wake up to it irrespective of any political party. It's not okay. And you're seeing a huge increase in neurodegenerative issues like Alzheimer's. It's really difficult for people with respiratory issues and asthma. And people are wondering why they have allergies 24, 7, 365. And I like what you said about that climate change or the change we have experienced in weather. Often we can't disconnect that from these geoengineering activities. Do you want to say something more about that? I mean, how do we feel that is that is there proof or so that that is definitely coming from that? Yes, there are places that openly admitted it. Remember Dubai. And then when people got upset, they retracted it. But the can was already opened. And the issue is, I know this on silly, but when you watch movies with time change, they say if you do something and something changes, it changes the ripple throughout time. If you are modifying the weather, you are messing with mother nature. And meteorology is a very, very thorough study. And I do know a lot of it because of my profession, applauding hazards. But it does not make sense when you are altering nature where things are not naturally supposed to occur. We are massive flooding in California. And we have system called heart that is in the United States. And the same people who demonized me five, 10 years ago are now going, wow, because they're finding it's openly admitted in all of our US documents. As a scientist, I can tell you there's no global warming. There was no pandemic. Nothing is spreading. Nitrogen is not a problem. Calfarts are not a problem. What's interesting is YouTube has removed a lot of these videos saying that they go against the community guidelines and they're terminating all the accounts that talk about this topic which I find very interesting because if it's not true why would you delete them? These are questions we should also ask. Now when we think about this topic here are all the states that are banning weather modification. Tennessee, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Illinois, South Dakota, Connecticut. So if it's not real then why are they trying to ban solar dimming and weather modification? These are all the bills in which you can look up and you can find all of the information on this topic through these bills. Now what's even more crazy is that Congress mandated a bill to block out the sun. Look at this solar radiation modification blocking out the sun to save us and the planet. Does that make any sense? Researchers from geoengineeringwatch.org were able to acquire a NOAA flying lab which is just a plane that's set up for lab testing of the atmosphere and what they did is they took this plane up right into one of these guys and it took samples from beneath it inside of it and above it and they found exactly what they were expecting. With that test they were able to confirm that in fact they are spraying into our air a whole array of heavy metals including aluminum, barium, and strontium. So what does this mean for us? They don't really care. Exposure to these kind of heavy metals are linked to things as small as cognitive impairments in children like behavioral issues, sensory issues, ASD or even ADHD all the way up to conditions like all timers and even cancer. One of the most important things that we can do about this is start bringing awareness to it in the hopes that maybe we could begin to ban weather modification just like other states are doing too. Second most important thing we can do heavy metal detox.
