I'll miss the sea. The sea, by the person eating experiences, they draw something deep inside, allowing it to grow. Without change, something sleeps inside us, and seldom awakens. The sleeper must awake. Hello everyone. I did not really know how to do this video, so I think the best way is to take you along the same path that I took this week. You might want a stiff drink for this one. I began the week by researching videos. I am now looking for evidence to support my current working theory. I found more evidence showing that there was indeed an effort to get people that were on the strip, indoors, and into the casinos and hotels. This scene was outside the Luxor. The following scene was in the parking garage of Tuscacino. No dude, I... When a hooters casino was fucking suited going on. People are running everywhere trying to get to my room. Hey, is it alright to get into the casino? Take cover inside. The next video is one I had not seen before. It shows the opening moments. Notice how dense impact the crowd is. You can hear what appears to be gunfire, and some people slowly begin to lean. The camera remember the folks that there has been mischievous. Holy shit, it was a shoot. A very calm voice tells people that it is just blanks. Just in case. There it goes, blanks. It's blanks. That's all it is. No, it's just blanks. Listen, listen to the weather here. Next, we have this bizarre scene. A man standing in the crowd, who is encouraged to get down, but who instead, whirls his hat on his finger. I don't know. It's fucking hard now. Hey, shoot down, guys. Tell him to get down. Tell him to get down. Then we have another scene where the crowd has mostly dissipated. The gunfire continues, but again, people remain remarkably calm and polite. The crowd is still standing. The crowd is still standing. Can we slide back there? Do you notice, in all these crowd videos, every single one you never hear anyone in pain? Nobody says I have been shot. Nobody says I have been hit. Nobody says this hurts like hell. Nobody says I'm bleeding. No cries for help. No sounds of agony or pain. Just screams of fear. Jesus Christ. He's up for baby. I found more video highlighting the simply, massive response by the emergency services. This was south of the Mandalay Bay. I wonder why we never saw this response at the concert venue itself. I'm not sure if I can get it right. I'm not sure if I can get it right. I'm not sure if I can get it right. I'm not sure if I can get it right. This is way down the street. I've seen so many officers already in the SWAT team members. This is crazy. Everybody's responding. Everybody's out of this. Just strip this chaos right now. We're being evacuated. I got a line of emergency response papers all the way back up. Waiting for a spot. Apparently most people shot hospitals like a capacity of crazy doctors. One of the commenters on my previous video was kind enough to translate both his panic gentleman heard in that video. He said, the only thing you see here are soldiers. And soon after he says, the streets are full of nothing but soldiers and policemen. A researcher in the last Baker's area interviewed this gentleman and he says he saw as many as 500 soldiers. This seemed crazy at the time, but by the end of this video, maybe it will not seem so crazy afterwards. All the ambulance just went that way. Good luck gentlemen. I also found some interviews seen in early news reports that I had not seen before. I looked up and one of the windows was falling down, glass shattering and coming down and then a few random gunshots and then another window busted out. And then just a bunch of rapid fire gunshots after that went on for about two minutes. And what were people doing? What was the reaction of the crowd? I think it was a lot of people who were just trying to figure out what was going on. And not a lot of reaction at Mandalay Bay because the shooting was going on elsewhere. So you were saying people were surprised they didn't realize this was a shooting at first. You said cab drivers just kind of got out of their cars. We're sitting there. What else were people doing? Yeah, there were people just walking by out in the open on the road and just looking up at the window and trying to really figure out what was going on. And then finally after a couple of minutes of this, I think people started to realize it was a shooter in the building. I need to explain this next video. It did not pass the smell test. For some reason, my mind flashed warnings, and I have made some visual additions that will explain my thinking at the time. Rob Robert Hayes with LA Fire and you were here with your wife at the concert. I'm a wife and a couple of friends for a birthday event. And you were up at the front. The reason why I'm talking to you is that I know being a firefighter, you can understand being in what a breaking situation is like this in a tragic situation. You're up at the front of the stage. Tell me you were just telling me. Absolutely. We were actually in front of the stage. And my wife and I said, hey, let's go grab some of the drinks we've been here since 4 or 4.30 in the afternoon. We went to the VIP lounge up front, grabbed a drink, mingle with some other friends. And then all of a sudden we heard some pops when Jason Aldin came on to perform. And honestly, at the start, we all thought that it was probably like an electronic thing and malfunction or stuff. Feedback or what not, everybody was kind of like, hey, it's okay, everybody's all right. And then all of a sudden, people started dropping by the stage area in front by us. You're a firefighter. I've talked to a lot of folks who came out who were heroes. Blood all over their bodies, missing clothes because they used them to help try to stop bleeding. You're telling me some stuff that you saw. I mean, I can't even fathom. It was pretty much like a war scene inside. I've seen a lot of stuff on my day with the fire department. It was hard to see even the bodies that are outside down the street here that were carried probably a half a mile from the incident. Honestly, I probably pronounced 15 to 20 people inside. It's a very sad day on a event like this that something that never should have happened. So you said you think we are you believe 15 to 20 people that you saw that were dead inside? I know I pronounced 15 to 20 people inside, unfortunately. I do. I got my wife and my four of their friends out. They're harboring in one of the hotels right now. And you went back in with Swat, right? I went back in actually with Swat. Swat, they gave me a vest, identified myself. Actually, I never went back in. I never left. I just left right now actually when they got Jason El Dino. So we stayed under the recon of the whole situation, made sure everybody that was DOA at the time. I rechecked everybody. I was with another medic from the fire department. And I went back inside and I meant just something that we do. It wasn't trying to be a hero. It was just, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't leaving anybody behind. Unfortunately right over here, there's a gentleman that's with his wife and the other gentleman down here. They were using tables and some of the freezers and stuff to pull people out of here. And I wondered why do we have members of the public carrying casualties on freezers and in wheelbarrows. And just down the road is 100 ambulances doing nothing. Michael was talking to some of the PD that went in with me. Then he probably put it into the seminal automatic mode. That's when he started here in the pop-hop-hop. And you said that some of the people you pronounce dead were very clearly hit in the head unfortunately. But that means this individual knew what he or she was doing. Well, I think with 30,000 people, honestly, in the arena area, that it was kind of like shooting goldfish unfortunately. He didn't have to be good. Fuck, six! It's sad in our society that stuff like this has to take place. Okay, let's discuss a few things. D-O-A, dead on arrival. That is a very strange phrase to use. What this actually means is that they brought dead people to the concert venue. If he had said dead at the scene, I would have been okay, but he said D-O-A, he sounds like an actor trying to sound like a professional and failing miserably. I wonder if Stephen Paddock was also D-O-A, some suggested his body showed signs of rigour mortis. With 30,000 people, honestly, in the arena area, that it was kind of like shooting goldfish unfortunately. He didn't have to be good. Did that sound familiar? You know, it takes no expertise to do what he did. I agree with you. With several, several thousands of folks, corralled basically by our security fencing. It wasn't difficult to accomplish what he did. Psychotic individual, crazed individual, imposition of a high capacity firearm shooting into a crowd. It's fairly simple. It sounds like they are working from the same script. Do you see why they need a venue filled with tens of thousands? It is so that the narrative that Paddock had no experience with guns, holds true. And in their story, all that Paddock had to do was spray and spray. So, let's go over this again. This is what 22,000 people looks like. And that is the official figure given across all media. If you have a problem with that figure, take it up with them. They are the ones promoting it. This is what 1500 people looks like, and considering most of these people would have been running, then they would not be such easy targets, for an automatic weapon fired from a quarter of a mile away. And this image is taken from a 3 minute video, taken from on top of the Mandalay Bay Hotel, during the shooting. It shows about 1500 people. The idea that Stephen Paddock was shooting into a crowd of 22,000 people, is make believe. Trust your eyes. It was around this time that things started to get a little weird. I found this video of someone receiving first aid. You can still hear the gunfire in the back right. My first observation was that I could not see any obvious injury, but there was something else. I guess you noticed those large vehicles in the back ground. So I started to do some research. The logo on the side of the trailers, is this? I first wondered if they were in town, recruiting. And I could not find any photographs of these vehicles on the internet, which I thought was a bit odd, because I know people love big rigs almost as much as they love trains. So I was sure some spotter would have taken pictures before. I double checked one of the old videos, and sure enough. That they were. Here's the sound of ping. Then I saw off the stairs. Bけmbeold? Yeah. I decided to model the vehicles, which gave some extra time to think. I then continued my search on the internet and I kept seeing a particular term pop up, so I decided to look further into it. I did not keep track of every website I visited but one of them was talking about these vehicles, and Las Vegas. I had a lot of links to the world's most popular video hosting website. All of the links were broken were led to channels that had been shut down. But I am a curious sort. I did more digging. I found one of the videos posted on bit shoot. The video really is nothing remarkable, just witnesses talking about the shooting? No reason to ban it? Except for one thing, which I am sure you can see now. I have another witness. Can't pass you a question. Can you come over here? I'm sorry, your name? Michelle, I'm sorry to meet you on the circumstances. Can you stand over here with you? You were inside the concert? We were vendors with a concert, we had a product booth inside. Obviously, it was a three day festival. It had been going really well. Was it the very end? You were in your booth? Yeah, Jason Aldin was playing and we were in our booth and we thought it was fireworks. So, one shooter and the shooter is down. That's positive news at this hour. You were inside as well? Yes, I was a vendor for Route 91. Apparently, it just occurred right behind our booth, basically. It was very loud. We thought it was fireworks or something, which we thought was weird. My jaw? Kit the floor. But, stay with me to the end of this video. I think I can offer you some options as to what all this might mean. My week of strange was far from over. The next day, a comment was left on my previous video. It was from someone explaining how these units work and how these operations work, and also how they can be coordinated with both actors and members of the public who are unaware that it is an exercise. The odd coincidence is, I have not mentioned my findings to anyone. So that comment arriving at that time was pretty amazing. I will let you view their comment yourself. This same day, an email correspondent asked me to review something they had seen in the opening seconds of the taxi driver video in the wing mirror of the taxi. The correspondence suggested it might be someone in a hood. They suggested, possibly a makeup artist? I was not sure what I was looking at. But, I went with the assumption that there might have been someone else in the taxi besides the driver. And about 30 seconds before the taxi picks up the loud, supposedly injured. Concert attendees, I thought I could hear something. Yeah, you will notice that the taxi comes to a complete stop. I thought I could hear doors opening and closing and maybe someone sniffing before the taxi drives on. Here is the clip with normal sound. Yeah, you got people climbing over the fence here at the festival and people running around. And in the following version, I have augmented the sound to hopefully highlight these very subdued sounds. So, the car stops briefly and then we hear door sounds and then the car moves on. Yeah, you got people climbing over the fence here at the festival and people running around. At this point, the gods, or powers that be, decided to have mercy. They delivered one final, steel-fisted hammer blow. It came from a subscriber who wishes to remain anonymous and with whom I have also been corresponding with, on email. You know exactly who you are. Thank you. After sharing and discussing various aspects of this case over a few hours with each other I was surprised to return to my inbox and find a document from the department of Homeland Security. It is a public document, well buried on their website. The link to this document is in the description below, it took me four hours to read it. But, after my brain hemorrhage last year, I only have one functioning eye and even that isn't perfect, so maybe it won't take you so long to read it. It goes into great detail about large-scale, realistic, exercises, involving elected officials and designated officials all the way through the chain of command, even lays out rules for actors and says from where to recruit them. It covers planning stages of very realistic exercises, designed to test emergency services and law enforcement responses to unforeseen and possibly cataclysmic events. It seems to answer, almost, everything. I will mention a few things that stuck out to me, but I highly recommend you read this document yourself. The Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Programme provides a set of guiding principles for exercise programs, as well as a common approach to exercise program management, design and development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning. Exercises are a key component of national preparedness, they provide elected and appointed officials, and stakeholders from across the whole community, with the opportunity to shape planning, assess and validate capabilities, and address areas for improvement. Volunteers provide added realism and prompt players to provide simulated victim care. Exercise planning team members can recruit them from local colleges and universities, medical and nursing schools, drama clubs, theaters, civic groups, emergency response academies, and federal and state military units. Prior to the exercise, actors should receive the following. Wavour forms for signature, clearing liability for exercise planners and participants. Actor instructions including information on when to arrive, where to report, and other logistical details, and symptomatology cards containing the signs and symptoms the actor will portray, as well as information for medical providers. The appropriate exercise planning team members should begin event set up as many days prior to the event as necessary, depending on the scope of the simulated environment. Set up entails arranging briefing rooms and testing audio visual equipment, placing props and defects, marking the appropriate exercise areas and their perimeters, and checking for potential safety issues. A complex multi-jurisdictional full-scale exercise, on the other hand, may require, hundreds, of controllers at field and headquarters play sites, as well as additional controllers and control cells, to coordinate among the various play sites or serve in a simulated cell. Exercise assembly area. This is a gathering place for all deployable resources that will be playing in an exercise. The purpose of the exercise assembly area is to gather all resources and personnel near the exercise site prior to start-ex for safety briefings, weapons checks, and to ensure that resources and personnel are transported in a safe and unhurried manner. So, how did they do it? First of all, this would have taken weeks of planning, so that everyone could prepare. You would, of course, need to set up a fake crime scene. Complete with special effects and audio equipment. To get rid of a crowd of 22,000 people, you see the crowd with hundreds of crisis actors. When they hear their cue, for example, firecrackers, they begin to act. We hear, like, firecrackers like, ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta. We thought it was fireworks or something. We thought it was fireworks. It was this place! Acting as if they have seen people shot, acting as if they are in panic, acting as if they have been injured. This will see the main crowd disperse. Some of the actors went to get makeup. To look like they had been injured. People that were not part of the exercise, and also people in hotels and casinos, were hurted, and kept indoors. Please get out of there! They're tracking everybody inside the whole thing up there! Hey, is it alright to get into the casinos? Take cover inside! Take cover inside! This was accomplished by creating fake shooting events up and down the strip. When potential witnesses were safely out of the way. That's funny, Danny, to me at home. So, what's the current situation we can't leave? The crisis actors returned to the concert venue where they acted out a massacre. Things began to fall apart almost immediately when people that had not got the memo or were too drunk and had not left the scene, did not act as required. But it was too late to change course now. The show must go on. And for whatever reason, they broadcast this event to the world as if it was real. You're watching S&S Breaking News Coverage of the Massacre in Las Vegas right now. We know at least 58 people are dead. More than 500 are injured. Police say the gunman's 64-year-old Stephen Padakka opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel on a crowd of some 22,000 people at a country music concert last night. When the exercise was over, people were released from the hotels. They didn't allow us to go back to our hotel until 4.20am. They kept us in there for, I would say, 3.5 to 4 hours after we were escorted up. I didn't go to bed until 5am. And we entered a strange new world. FBI wasn't there yet. They were not there. Homeland security was there. When I wake up the next day, none of that is a fact anymore. And not only that, people are acting like none of that ever happened. There is one more thing that they might want to do. They know that these days, people are very suspicious of the media. So why not get ahead of any ideas of conspiracy and come up with your own, such as attack helicopters or assassination attempts on Saudi Arabian princes to throw well-meaning people completely off track? Sorry, I'm just too stubborn. Oh, by the way, do you remember that train crash just before Christmas? It was in Washington State, the train derailed and came off a bridge and onto a road? Well, you will never guess what. The good news, the Dupont Mayor, saying that their city hall was going through a first-responding mass casualty training situation when this happened. So they were ready to go. The mayor tells me, ironically, today they were doing training for a mass incident, mass casualty incident. And that he was here, along with many other agencies, planning their day when this situation and this news develops. So they were here, they were prepared for mass incidents like this. And as you can imagine, what a day for everyone around here. The Dupont Mayor, the Dupont Mayor, is now in the city hall. The Dupont Mayor is now in the city hall. The Dupont Mayor is now in the city hall. The Dupont Mayor is now in the city hall. The Dupont Mayor is now in the city hall. The Dupont Mayor is now in the city hall. Father! Father!
