3 days of meal prep: Alaskan wild sockeye salmon, white quinoa, spinach, butternut squash, asparagus, zucchini, white cauliflower, carrots, broccoli all sauteed in garlic, lemon/lime juice, bone broth, pepper, Himalayan pink salt and some red pepper flakes for the sinuses lol
salmon was cooked in convection oven baked.
hard boiled eggs, 2 each morning for 5 days worth, also I eat frozen protein pancakes with them but already at work in freezer lol
