Burke Street, Druid Dischast after failing to agree if accused Gagasola's fit for trial. Is anyone shocked by this announcement? Well if you are, can I suggest you make an appointment to see one of the two psychiatrists, all the psychologists that were a part of this garbage? Here I'll just play this clip. We have Fat Man Jimmy. Have a look at him. Fat Man Jimmy being led to court. I just stop it here and this is him supposedly when he got arrested after the event. Looks super fit this guy here. I want to, what, what, what question are you going to ask? How come this guy sit in the back seat of a cop car between two cops? Nice and comfortable. Whereas me get arrested by the cops for doing nothing putting up the video, putting up a simple video talking to myself. I get treated like a dog and thrown in the back of a stick and hot paddy wagon. But here this mass murder sits in comfort in the back of a car. Yeah look how super fit this guy looks there. Look at this thin neck. No fat on this guy. A Jim Junkie but all of a sudden have a look at him. Someone explain to me how he can put on 30 kilograms in 17 months in prison. He just can't. He's not sitting there in party pies every every two hours. You're not. And the fact is prisons have gyms like you can't believe and most prisoners spend the time you know, pumping weight and keeping fit just like this guy would be doing. But I could be wrong but my opinion is this guy that pumped up with McDonald's to make him look fat, to make him look like he's been on medication for his mental problems. And that's all I can see the reason for him being so fat but there's no way no. There's no way no one was in prison for status. I mean he set the, you know, get his book of world records being on demand. I don't know 17 months. He doesn't even look like going to trial. 17 months, you know, in demand. I don't know what the record is but it's certainly a long time. Like I said, never spent any time. No one knows where he's been. Some people said he's been in isolation like you know, as if he's had a ball of lectern. What would he be in isolation? Yeah, I reckon it's somewhere he'd been overseas. Myself. That's why he's been on video link all this time. But just get to the story. We call it Supreme Court jury determined if a Curesburg street driver is mentally fit to stand trial has been discharged after failing to agree despite three days of deliberations. I actually thought it was four days because this is Friday and they started on Monday. So anyway, three or four dozen matter. The jury of eight men and four women. They began this deliberations on Monday after a special hearing lasting more than a week. So that's two weeks. Two weeks that this shit's been going on. Mr. Gagasolis is charged with six counts of murder and 28 counts of attempted murder. After allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, deliberately driving his current people in lunch shop. Chris, look at our 28 counts. Whether they get 28 counts of attempted murder, we saw him actually driving down Berks Street on the pavement with all those crisis actors. There have to be 28 people there. That he nearly ran over. That's just in the Swatson Street bit that was all acted out. We're not even talking about where it's supposed to went in the Berks Street and went through a mall with hundreds of people, hundreds of people walking on the pavement. And then you've got the next two and a half blocks. So where do they get 28 counts? Surely that should be more like 500 counts of attempted murder. It's just, I don't know where they come up with this shit. Does that mean there was 28 actually injured? If you got injured, you were part of the attempted murder. But if you were like, Chris, they'd nix it and took one step back and just got missed. You don't count as a part of attempted murder. Not sure. But anyway, keep going. His defence lawyers had argued he was mentally unfaid to stand trial on the bases that he remained profaneless, got psychotic and was experiencing the true sieve delusions due to his schizophrenia, which remained treatment resistant. I just stop it there. Who determined, in the last 17 months that this guy could be delusional? Who determined that? It was it remained, supposedly the court cases for his prior bullshit before the event, you know, bashing of his brother and other shit, which was going through the courts and he was on video link. He's sitting in remained. Who decided that we need to get this guy assessed by two psychiatrists and a psychologist. And then after all that, who after the freed, you know, assessed him? Who decided, oh yeah, we need to take him to the Supreme Court and have a jury to decide whether this fit for trial? I don't get it. Who decides that? Someone in the prison? There's no judge and jury in the prison. I want to know who decided this. Do they do this for every single criminal? Is, you know, criminals going into prison in an hour of remain, you know, every hour? Are they all going through the same shit? Of course not, because this is all just script written. Now you love to be flying the wall for the script writers of this Berkstraid event going back 17 months or so. They obviously were right in this world before January 20th, 19th, 20th, 17. And they still, and they still go through it, obviously, you know, day by day to continue this bullshit. You love to know who they are and where they are and you can actually see, be there and see what's going on. It is a friggin joke. The court previously heard the 28 believed he was the second coming of Jesus Christ and needed to save the world from a comment. Who makes that shit up? Who makes that shit up? Who cares if he says that? That doesn't mean it's not fit the stand for trial. You know, those criminals are a bit loony in real life. They don't go through all this shit. They love to know who's paying his court cost in all these months, 17 months. This guy's a no-hoper. Probably never worked. Who's paying for all his court cost? The government, of course, because it's part of a bloody stage. The vet is the star. The medical professional, the assessor, the assessor, the assessor, is all concluded. He was not faking his mental illness. Oh, fuck off. The jury wasn't able to reach the unanimous decision. Required on his fitness to stand trial. As a result, was discharged. The vet will be back before the court in late July. I'm just going to mention this. Let's mention by Roscoe Truth in Your Face, did a video on this. Spot on. You got 12 jurors. This is not a trial. They're not professionals in assessing with anyone's mental or not. They're sitting there listening to I'll get to it. Roscoe mentioned two psychiatrists, supposedly on the defense side, said that Gagasolus is unfit. Yet one psychologist says he is fit. You got two psychiatrists and one psychologist. They're two different sorts. I'm not into that sort of field. Obviously, you know, they do things differently. So why have two and one? Shouldn't they have even it up and have two and two or one and one? But the fact is that the jury, they're not experts in this field. And it's not like I said, a trial where there's hard facts that someone murdered, someone, and they can determine that. They have just got an opinion, listening to three medical experts. It's just an opinion whether this guy is fit for trial. He might be a loony. They might agree he's a schizophrenic, frenic, whatever. But they'd still think he might fit to go to trial and understand the workings of the trial. So it's just a friggin' opinion. They might as well have it. 12 jurors they're debating flat earth against the ballers. You can guarantee they know from the start that there's no, we know 12 jurors were ever, ever going to be unanimous one way to the other on this. It was like we're in Tatslota. There is no way. 12 people aren't going to agree. Doesn't matter what they're so contrasting, so I can't just say it. They're not going to agree. So it's 12, it's two weeks of just wasted time, but that's what they want. They just want to keep dragging the sheet on, on and on and on and on. So the jury was unable to reach their decision. Justice Lasserie has ordered that it's typically prepared, they'll be back in court in late July, start all over again. And this is a good bit. Interstatement lawyer Gina and Jellowitch, who represents the families of five of those killed in the Berksdrid incident, said the delay to the justice process has come as a blow. The families of the loved ones killed in this tragedy are devastated by this further delay. They hope the process can quickly move forward from here. Where do they get this an assman from her from? She wouldn't have been in court. Did she come up, stand up after the decision was made by the jurors and the judge said, okay, that's it. Goodbye. Did she stand up and mention this? What's this in a statement? Shit, we want to hear from the actual members, the family members who we know will never be seen or heard. They will never be witnesses and any trial, because they won't be a trial. Say they've been charged with perjury because of this bullshit event which one day will come out. It will come out. But the other thing mentioned by Roscoe, she represents five families in the article that point out the one family she doesn't mention, because there were six supposedly dead other harkens. My friend, my friend, the harkens, who have never been seen or heard since day one, you know, no reunion with Mr. Blue Cabbie driver who saved the mother's life supposedly. We don't even know what she looks like still. And I was on a 12 months intervention order on someone who I don't even know what they looked like, who they are, never seen, never been anywhere near and before. But yet I'd have to go to court and serve 12 months because of it. Where are they? Why aren't they part of the whole five? And how do five of the families all get represented by one person? Oh, it's a freaking joke. Yeah, let's hear from these families. Let's see them roll up the court every day. The end of you, none of them will be. You'll probably get the same two idiots that we're on a current affair, the baby, the flying baby parents and the Indian idiots, but you'll never see the others because they're off fake. Just quickly finish. You said, I don't want to go on this. Blah, blah, blah. Gargosa said delusional belief is the save. Yeah, we were there last Friday last week and they just kept mentioning that delusional delusional delusional. Who cares what believes he has? You know, a lot of people have delusional beliefs about other things, but that's the thing that's bloody crazy. That's the man, you know, they should be in a mental home instead of a prison that this was real. Who's to decide with it? What is says is delusional? You know, he might come up and say, I am a flat earth. Oh, sorry, you're delusional. Who's to come up with that shit? Now three, three psychiatrists determine is delusional because he says is the save yet? And the other thing, I just want to bring up quickly. If this guy used mental, this guy is mental. Why the governments, especially the Victorian government, reacting so much to what happened, spending millions of dollars on ballads and what have you, you know, doubling the police force, shoot whatever, whatever, you know, changing ballers, or because of some delusional mental guy, you know, who does something that has never been done before driving down the pavement in Berksdrup once in a lifetime event, but yet we're going to react because of someone who's insane, doing something insane. Well, insane people can do crazy, crazy things, but it doesn't mean you're going to change everything because of one person doing something that's unexpected. You know, it's just freaking laughable. I won't go on about this, but like I said, yeah, you got two psychiatrists saying he was, he's not fit and a psychologist saying he is fit. And of course, it's two to one, favoring the defense. There's always is, but yeah, the jury, it's just an opinion and there's never ever, ever going to be a 12-0 decision. So this is just going to drag on and on and on, each of the mental health experts gave evidence six and a half thousand page police brief. What? Show me the six and a half thousand page police brief. Put it on lights so we can see it. What a lot of shit evidence. What is this? The 900 witnesses that they all interviewed that will never see a hurt here from that none had a camera to take any footage of the car going past as a witness to it. Anyway, I just thought I'd throw this video in and it's going to go on and on and on and on. It'll just die and die and die and die. A slow death and nothing will ever happen. This guy who knows where he's going to end up, but yeah, the star actor of this Berk Street ball shit Jimmy Donuts is, if he's mental or not, but the saying of continues next July. Oh, freaking hell. Goodbye, everyone.
