end of video I show what I cooked with pictures I took while doing it, it consists of:
grass fed beef chop meat
peppers, asparagus, baby carrots and kale all sauteed in clarified butter and lightly seasoned with pepper, sea salt and onion powder only
tossed with brown rice and quinoa pasta
