No snow in Alaska? It's Weather Manipulation, Look Up!!!

It's Almost mid November here In South Central Alaska and there's still no snow. We had a brief bit of snowfall in mid October and it all melted the next day.. By this time there should be snow on the ground but it seems like something is suppressing this transition to normal winter conditions.

The mainstream narrative says that man is the cause of all this. That there are to many people on the planet and that some drastic measures need to be taken I order to initiate population control measures before we destroy ourselves.

Little does anyone take into consideration that the technology exist to manipulate and control the weather. All one has to do to begin to ask questions is look up, and see what's crIss crossing the once blue sky. Is it really the average joe to blame? Or is there a more nefarious agenda here?
