Hey everyone, we're going to spend a little more time with Kate and Sebastian. This time around, I want to focus on where they claim they were when the bombs exploded. As I was working on my last video, it became apparent to me that we have some pretty dramatic discrepancies among Kate and Sebastian stories and the official account. To start, let's take a look at the relevant interview footage. Here's Kate. At 8am, I was in departure hall on the first floor of the Brussels International Airport. I was standing in front of the Brussels Airlines ticket office. And there was a first explosion. Now here's Sebastian. I just saw, I remember seeing an explosion, the first explosion near the pharmacy of the airport. And I turned my head and I saw all these people running. Okay. Kate was at the Brussels Airlines check-in counter and Sebastian was at least close enough to the pharmacy that he was thrown a great distance by the force of the blast. He was walking to airport security when the first bomb went off. The power of the blast sent the 6 foot 10 athlete flying more than 50 feet through the air. Now let's see precisely where these two spots are situated within the departure area. Here's a map of the airport directly from the Brussels Airport website. Unfortunately it doesn't identify the specific locations of the various airline service counters, but we should be able to locate the airport pharmacy. Let's see. Here it is, location 53. That puts the pharmacy right here. In this photo, we can see it way back in this far corner. We still need to confirm Kate's location though. Let's take another look at that surveillance image. Okay. The circle on the right indicates where she claims to have been standing when the first bomb exploded. The circle on the left represents the approximate location of the bomb. I'm standing here in front of the Brussels Airlines ticket office. It's the one and the second. You know the distance? Do you see the distance here on the crowded place? There was a first explosion. She was at the Brussels airline ticket office, so we're looking for this. Unfortunately, the quality of this CCTV image is so poor, we really need a landmark of some kind. Like this thing, this looks familiar. Yep, here it is. It's this statue, and here's the Brussels Airlines ticket office. We can even see the orange and blue stripes. All right, so when the first bomb went off, Kate was here, and Sebastian was somewhere around here. Do you see the problem? Let's look at this another way. Kate was right here when the first bomb went off right next to her, and Sebastian, well he was way the hell over here, when the first bomb went off next to him. I won't belabor the point that these two stories can't possibly both be true, but I will take this opportunity to put forward a theory. When it came time for Kate of On and Sebastian to get in front of the cameras and present their fictional accounts, one of them fucked up. They probably both knew they were supposed to be near the first explosion, but one of them got the first and second blast locations reversed. And while I think we've more than demonstrated that both of them are lying, at least Sebastian remembered correctly that the first explosion was supposed to occur near the south end of the parkers, and the second much stronger blast was to occur closer to the north end. How do we know this? Because graphics like this have been all over the news. It's worth noting that beyond the relative north-south positions of the first and second blasts, it's incredible just how much variation we see among these diagrams. How can there be so much ambiguity with respect to the locations of the explosions? Of all of the complex things in the universe, identifying the detonation sites of two bombs inside one big room should not be among them. That is, of course, if there really were bombs, if there really were explosions. Think about it.
