Zombie Apocalypse, Hoax, or Sick Woman?

A woman resembling a walker (zombie) was filmed in Seattle. Taken to a hospital and no updates after that. She has major bald patches on her head, which has been reported by some as an occurrence after they got the Covid jab. Plus the brain damage that the toxic spike protein and aluminum adjuvant does. Could there be a connection to the Frankenvax?
Also CDC now gives zombie survival tips on their website.
