Listen to the very end where Biden says the houses with the right roofs did not get destroyed.

If you will recall, it was alleged that certain houses in Maui with blue roofs (or, blue objects) did not get destroyed in the orchestrated DEW attack there, though there may be other types of roofs beyond that that might also protect against DEW attacks.

In any case, this is peak mockery of the devastation in Texas.
