The government can forcibly quarantine people under house arrest or in concentration camps. The government can enslave people and force them to obey orders and tasks in an unpaid fashion. The government can destroy people's houses, buildings, vehicles, crops and animals. The government can steal people's property or vehicles. The government can shut off any service including the gas, the electricity and people's fuel supply. The government can steal and use people's fuel, food, electricity and water. An orwellian police state where property and cars could be seized and broken into. Wow, absolute madness in Western Australia, absolute insanity. So I just did a deep dive into this new amendment that they're pushing for the Emergency Management Act. And it's absolutely horrifying. Not just this new piece of legislation that they're trying to shoehorn through. Talking about new variants popping up and how they need to crack down on the population. But what's especially concerning to me is what's already on the books. It is so disturbing. What's in the Public Health Act? What's in the Emergency Management Act? So let's start with the summary of the disgusting tyranny in Western Australia. The Western Australian government is pushing forward with even more tyrannical laws. The latest assault on civil rights, a bill for future, COVID-19 variants. It's almost like they're laying the groundwork for tyranny that they know they're about to announce. We have COVID-19, who's to know, be sure that we're not going to get COVID-22 or COVID-23. A completely new variation that requires requires that we're not equipped for, that has, you know, devastating impact on public health. And that across broader government responses necessary. And this bill is working its way through the Western Australia Parliament. Now this new amendment in and of itself is a huge story. And it hasn't passed yet. But what's already on the books is almost just as bad. If not worse. Between this bill, the Emergency Management Act and the Public Health Act, the threat to the public is immense. Here's a summary of what the two existing acts in this new bill encapsulate. The government can force people to submit to COVID tests or experimental so-called vaccines in clear violation of the Nurember Code. Even if they have negative efficacy, the government can forcibly quarantine people under house arrest or in concentration camps. The government can enslave people and force them to obey orders and tasks in an unpaid fashion. The government can destroy people's houses, buildings, vehicles, crops, and animals. The government can steal people's property or vehicles. The government can break into houses or vehicles. The government can prohibit or force movement. The government can shut off any service including the gas, the electricity, and people's fuel supply. The government can steal and use people's fuel, food, electricity, and water. The government can issue huge fines to make people comply. And the fines increase massively if you exercise your right to defend yourself in court. And the government's already talking about bringing in military forces and giving them extensive powers over Australians. Between this new bill, the Emergency Management Act and the Public Health Act, the threat to the public is immense. So what are their rules that they can find you these insane amounts of money? Well, anything the unelected emergency coordinator dictates. All they have to do is pretend it will keep people safe. There are a couple of sections which are specified both police and authorised officers. So presumably there are other classes of officer other than police officers. Can you give me an idea of what some of these other officers may be, who may be authorised officers, but are not actually police officers? Yes, indeed. It obviously refers to other officers of government, if you like. It could include Department of Foreign Emergency Services Station officers and environmental health officers. So there's a couple of examples. Deputy Leader of the Opposition. Thank you. So are you saying that they must be employees of the state? Or that they may be, for instance, persons that might be working for the local government or some other organisation? I really have to be an officer, sorry, an employee of the state. Obviously in most circumstances it would tend to be, but I can think of some examples where it might be. I think one example is a bus driver who's engaged in transporting people. What was the other example there? I presume your guards, I guess, hotel isolation guards. I'm assuming members of the Australian military who might be involved as well. Now I'm certainly not saying anybody should follow the laws. Quite the contrary, we have a moral imperative to disobey unjust laws and violate them openly. So I want to go through some excerpts from this terrible new bill called the Emergency Management Amendment. Here's from the overview section. So basically if they declare a COVID-19 declaration, powers can be exercised by authorized COVID-19 officers for the purposes of COVID-19 management. Let's go through this bill. Here's some excerpts from this terrible new Emergency Management Amendment bill. So they're saying this is going to be temporary yet we've heard them say that time and time again to lessen the resistance and then they just extend and extend and extend. So that's also what I'm expecting to happen with this. It says if a COVID-19 declaration is enforced, powers can be exercised by authorized COVID-19 officers for the purposes of COVID-19 management. The state emergency coordinator must not make a COVID-19 declaration unless they're satisfied that the occurrence of COVID-19 is or immediately will be of such a nature or magnitude that it requires a coordinated response. And there's a need to exercise powers under division four to prevent or minimize loss of life, prejudice to the safety or harm to the health of persons. So this could be anything. These people are major liars. So what does COVID-19 management mean? Well, you could probably guess almost anything. If they can couch it is, oh, this is going to stop the disease. They define COVID-19 management as a, the management of the adverse effects of COVID-19 and B includes the prevention, control and abatement of risks associated with COVID-19, including without limitation, risks to economic and psycho social well-being, just absolutely nonsense prevention, control and abatement of risks associated with COVID-19 risks to economic and psycho social well-being. So we can see that the socialists in Western Australia are building up a public health dictatorial war machine, a scientific dictatorship, police state, to wield against their own people. And it's all being done under the terrible excuse that the government will need to keep people locked down when new variants pop up. In these tyrants in the Western Australian government had such an itchy trigger finger to use these new powers, they even made sure to include a section explicitly permitted multiple concurrent COVID-19 declarations. So they're also saying if they take away the COVID-19 declaration, people are still stuck with any penalties or punishments that were imposed by these COVID Nazis. And the investigations and legal proceedings will continue. The new amendment also says COVID-19 officers may request a person to give the officer any or all of the person's personal details. All of the person's personal details are you kidding me? So literally everything is on the table to interrogate people, get it out of them, sickening. If an officer reasonably suspects that a person's details are false, the officer may request the person to produce evidence of the correctness of the detail. They also of course want to shut down movement and want to force people to evacuate their homes. So it says during one of the declarations of COVID-19, an authorized COVID-19 officer may direct or prohibit movement of persons and vehicles within into out of or around the declaration area or any part of the declaration area. It also says the officers may direct the evacuation and removal of persons from the declaration area or any part of the declaration area. They can close any road, access route or area of water. Let me guess so they can poison the fish in or leading to the declaration area. And this is really important to when there's a food shortage, then preventing people from going to the water because of COVID sounds like something they might do. If they don't just poison all the fish by them, it says the officer may also direct that any road, access route or area of water in or leading to the declaration area also be closed. They also have the power to seize property, powers to control and use property and related powers. It says any authorized COVID-19 officer may take control of or make use of any place vehicle or other thing. An authorized COVID-19 officer may enter or if necessary break into and enter any place or vehicle. It also says an authorized COVID-19 officer may direct the owner, occupy or the person apparently in charge of a place vehicle or other thing to give the authorized COVID-19 officer reasonable assistance to exercise the officer's power. So I guess they're taking people as slaves now, forcing them to do work for the Nazi government. This is despicable. You have to assist in these crimes against humanity. The truth is these so-called COVID-19 officers should be refusing illegal orders, but instead the government is trying to force the citizens to work for free to slave for free to engage in this colossal human rights abuse. It says an authorized COVID-19 officer may exercise the powers under this section without a warrant or the consent of the owner or occupier. So they don't need a warrant they say and they don't need your consent and they can force you to assist them. The member spoke about breaking into homes essentially, a seizing private property. Well, can I outline an experience that happened during COVID on New Year's Eve in 2021, the WI Police Officers utilised similar powers that had exist in this part six of the Emergency Management Act to gain entry into the Georgia's hotel in Perth. Where an unlawful New Year's Eve gathering of up to 300 people was underway in breach of COVID restrictions in place at the time. On police attending there, they could not gain entry because the doors were locked and the windows had been covered with black curtains obscuring vision from outside. Officers had to climb walls to gain entry into the premises. The licensee was charged with two counts of breaching the Emergency Management Act directions in place at the time and received a suspended term of imprisonment. Now that was an extreme virus spreading event and yet the leader of the Liberal Party would have that power prevented from being used to protect citizens in Western Australia. It absolutely would. It absolutely would. What you said was you criticized police for having the ability to seize and enter property. And they say if they take your property or your vehicle for longer than seven days, they have to let you know. Hey, we took this. The next section from the bill I want to read, powers of officers in relation to persons exposed to the virus, while a COVID-19 declaration is enforced for the purpose of limiting the spread of SARS-CoV-2. An authorized COVID-19 officer may direct any person who has been exposed or any class of person who may have been exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. To do any or all of the following, remain in an area for as long as they tell you, so presumably in camps, that's included. To remain quarantined from other persons for such period that they order you to and submit to infection prevention and control procedures, submit to infection prevention and control procedures. Where have we heard that before? So let me guess, Cyclone B.D. Lowsing in the Showers? These Socialists have the same playbook, century after century. And speaking of Socialists in prior centuries, let's not forget this word right here, class. That's a Latin word where the Roman government subdivided all of the peasants into different taxation classes. So now entire classes of people can be sent off to camps, can be poisoned under the guise of infection prevention. And based on this section here, which says, oh, don't make it longer than 24 hours, unless the state emergency coordinator gives the direction, so it can be longer than 24 hours. So clearly it can be as long as they want, disgusting, absolutely disgusting. So those are just a few crazy excerpts of the many crazy excerpts from the emergency management amendment. And let's also point out the obvious in the United States, the group that's probably going to be building all the camps is FEMA, federal emergency management agency. So this term is used by the globalists, used by the five eye countries. And once you learn their code, you should know exactly what they're talking about when they say emergency management. Think rice tag fire, think Hitler's enabling act. That's what they mean. So speaking of emergency management, let's look at the act that's already a law, the emergency management act of 2005, which I believe they've updated numerous times since 2005. And I have these all linked up on my sub stack article if you want to go read those, I'll put the link down below. So I wanted to read some of these crazy excerpts from the emergency management act. It says a hazard management officer or authorized officer may request the person to give the officer any or all of the person's personal details. So this is something I want to point out. We talked about this earlier in the amendment. They're talking about very similar language. People having to give up all of their personal details to officers, but a very similar provision already is in the law. It's an unjust law, but it raises the question, why are they trying to pass a new law when they already have a law on the books that does the exact same thing. So this is a common theme we're seeing a lot of the emergency management amendment. The new thing everyone's talking about is already on the books in the Emergency Management Act and the Public Health Act, but there are some key differences. Here's another excerpt from the Emergency Management Act. It says authorized officers may direct or prohibit the movement of persons, animals and vehicles around an emergency area or within the area. So again, isn't that slavery? You have to do what they tell you to do. Next, it says direct the evacuation and removal of persons and animals. So they can force people out of their homes, out of their cities, out of their towns, sickening. Next, it says direct that any road, access route or area of water in or leading to the emergency area be closed. There's a whole section on how they can steal and use your vehicles. Authorized officers may use vehicles in any place and in any circumstance, power of officer to control or use property. Authorized officer may take control of or make use of any place vehicle or other thing. So they can take control and make use of private property, including vehicles and homes and other buildings. And in ridiculous fashion, they say the place vehicle or other thing may be in or outside the emergency area. Oh, so they can steal and seize anything inside or outside the area? It's absolutely absurd. Authorized officers may enter or if necessary, break into a place or vehicle. It says the officer can search any place or vehicle and anything found in or on the place or vehicle. So there goes everybody's privacy. Look at this one. Remove or destroy an animal, vegetation or substance. I feel like they're going to use this to go after the food supply. I can already see the crop fields getting burned. I can already see the cattle getting slaughtered. It says officers can remove, dismantle, demolish or destroy a vehicle or any premises in the emergency area so they can destroy your home like building seven. They can destroy your vehicle or they can just take it, seize it for themselves. Officers can disconnect or shut off any electricity, gas, water or fuel supply or any drainage facility or any other service. Officers can take and use fuel gas electricity or water. This one is just absolutely insane. Government can take and use fuel gas electricity or water in the emergency area. They can just steal your food so they can just steal your food. They can steal your water. They can steal your fuel and they can just use it. The government stole your stuff and can use it. That's what it says. This is just pure communism. Officers can direct the owner or occupier or the person apparently in charge of any place of business, worship or entertainment in the emergency area to close that place to the public. Officers can turn off, disconnect or shut down any motor or equipment so they can sabotage farming equipment. They can sabotage vehicles or they can just outright destroy it while they're demolishing your house. In conscripting you into forced labor, absolutely sick. They can dismantle equipment. They can open a container so just help themselves into anything. They can excavate land or form tunnels. Why would they need to form tunnels? Why would they need to excavate land? Guys, this is a vehicle for all the crazy totalitarian communist crap they want to pull off. And they're just going to throw it into these omnibus bills. This is disgusting. Build earthworks or temporary structures or erect barriers. They say they can remove any person who obstructs or threatens to obstruct emergency management activities. They say the officers can require a person to give the authorized officers reasonable help to exercise the authorized officer's powers. So they could force you without pay to demolish your own house, to burn your own crops, to kill your own animals. This is called slavery. It's wrong. Look at this one. Electronic monitoring of persons in quarantine. The state emergency coordinator may direct that a person is to be subject to electronic monitoring while the person is in quarantine to monitor the location of the person during their quarantine. Apparently they strap the monster people at the camps. It says if a person is subject to electronic monitoring. An authorized officer may direct the person to wear an approved electronic monitoring device or direct the person to permit the installation of an approved electronic monitoring device at the place where the person resides or if they don't have a place of residence at any other place specified by the officer. No idea what that means, but that's horrifying. And then it goes on an authorized officer may at any time and a replace where an approved electronic monitoring device has been installed and retrieve the device. And according to the other provisions, I guess, can steal whatever they want, while they're in your house and then demolish your house and enslave you. And if you don't comply, they're threatening to throw people into jail for 12 months or find people $12,000. Here's the section on powers of officers in relation to persons exposed to the virus. So this is pretty much what we covered earlier in the amendment, but basically they say if you're exposed to the virus, they can quarantine you and they can force you to submit to infection prevention, whatever the hell that means. It sounds like poison it. Alright, let's turn our attention to the other act here, the Public Health Act of 2016. I don't know which one's worse. The Emergency Management Act or the Public Health Act. Both absolutely terrible laws. Look at this section from the Public Health Act. Serious Public Health Incident Powers. An authorized officer may do all of these. Close any premises or direct any person to close any premises. Direct any persons to enter, not to enter, or to leave any premises. Direct any person to remain at any premises for any period. Enter any premises in search for and seize anything. For the purpose of investigating, preventing, controlling, or abating the serious health risk. Require a person to provide information or answer questions. Enter or inspect any premises. Require any premises to be cleaned or disinfected. Direct any person to remain quarantined from other persons for any period. Or in any manner. Direct any person to undergo medical operations. Or to undergo medical observation. Medical examination or medical treatment. A.k.a. poison it seems. Or to be vaccinated as specified by the officer. Take or direct any person to take any action that the authorized officer considers is reasonably necessary to prevent control or abate the serious public health threat. More conscription. Evil. Evil. Bastards. A power under subsection one to enter any premises may be exercised without a warrant. And without the consent of the occupier. Or in the case of the vehicle, the owner of the vehicle. Next up, Chief Health Officer. May make test orders. The CHO may make a test order in respect to a person. If they believe that something might have happened whereby the person directly or indirectly transmitted a notify. Or if a person has refused to be tested. Or has failed to be tested. Within a reasonable time. It says the CHO may make a test order in respect of a deceased person. Either before or after the person's death. If they believe that before or after the person's death an incident has occurred. That could have resulted in the deceased person or biological material from the deceased person. Directly or indirectly transmitting a notifiable infectious disease to another person. Or before a person's death an incident has occurred. That could have resulted in a notifiable infectious disease being transmitted to the deceased person. It says the CHO the Chief Health Officer must ensure that a person to be tested under a test order. It's informed that force may be used to enforce the order. And we've seen this before. Check out this clip. Good morning. I'm Dr. Audrey Koy and emergency officer authorised for the CHO the Chief Health Officer and the Section 174 to the ECH to exercise any of the emergency powers while the Public Health State of the Emergency Federation in respect of COVID-19 is enforced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff date of birth 241973 to do the following. So this is the direction. So medical examination. You must undergo a test for COVID-19 comprising the taking of samples in a quarter to the coronavirus disease 2019 CDNA National Guidelines for Public Health Units from time to time as soon as possible. And in any event within 24 hours of the making of this direction. Surrology testing must not be used for a test of COVID-19. You have been given this direction for emergency management purposes to determine whether you have COVID-19 in the interest of preventing the spread of COVID-19. It's a penalty for a person to fail without reasonable excuse to comply with this direction. It's punishable by a fine of up to 20,000 by individuals. And if you do not comply, reasonable costs may be used to ensure your compliance. Also, they need to inform people that failure to comply is an offense. In this section is all about the offense of failing to comply with the test order. If you fail to comply with the requirement to give a sample, you've committed an offense. The fine is $50,000. If you don't let them steal your saliva, your DNA, anything else. $50,000 fine. This is absolutely treason. Declaration of War. A $50,000 fine. If you just want to be left alone. And have bodily autonomy. And not be raped. Oh, but it gets worse. In addition to $50,000 fines, they're still going to get that sample. It says the authorized officer or the police officer may use reasonable force to enforce a test order. Lots of force there. Force to enforce. Apprehend the person to be tested. Detain the relevant person for as long as necessary. They can also use force to take the relevant person to the place to test them. They can also restrain the relevant person. Oh, and then look at this. Remove anything, including underwear. I think it's about to get a lot more rapy. I think this is then prepping for the monkey pox tests where they're basically going to be raping people in the butt with their COVID swaps. I know it sounds crazy, but I think that's why they say this. Take a sample. Remove underwear. Why would they need to remove underwear to take a sample? Or remember what the CDC said the other day? We recommend collecting two swabs from at least two different locations on the body or from lesions that differ in appearance. So that means collecting at least four swabs from a single patient and maybe more. I recommend clinicians use the same swab that is used to test someone for COVID-19. The swabs are a dry swab and for this reason, lesions should be swabbed vigorously to make sure enough DNA is collected. Interestingly, Todd, during this outbreak, some patients are presenting with a rash before the other associated symptoms. In contrary to the characteristic rash I just described, some patients have lesions isolated to the genitals or anus and some might have very few lesions that might initially be confused with pimples in grown hairs or blisters. For this reason, clinicians should perform a thorough skin exam, including a oral anal or vaginal muphosa to look for skin lesions or rash that might be consistent with monkey pox. It also says use any force that is reasonably necessary to overcome any resistance. If a person is not comply with the requirement, an authorized officer or the police officer may do all things that are reasonably necessary to enforce compliance using any force that is reasonable and it goes on but it says without limiting subsection three, that's this one. The force that an authorized officer or police officer or person assisting may use includes any force that is reasonably necessary to overcome any resistance in the enforcement of compliance with the requirement or direction, including enabling a medical examination or medical treatment to be carried out or a vaccination to be given. So they want people to be held down against their will, they want to inject people who explicitly do not consent, they want to pull off people's underwear for the monkey pox swabs. And my guess is they want to be able to take people's underwear off, basically to rape them for the monkey pox tests. They say $20,000 fine if you don't comply. Now let's talk about these Nazi camps, of course, there is in Darwin, a concentration camp, but it seems like another concentration camp is being built in West Australia near Perth. The Australian government website says the Center for National Resilience Perth will be located on defense owned land at Bullsbrook approximately 4.5 kilometers west of the township of Bullsbrook and it looks like it's going to be just like Darwin, where they have locked people up for being in the city. There's also this huge scandal with the gas scene of camp inmates. I don't know how many people they've gasped, but we have some very concerning video evidence. There's a human rights crisis underway in Australia. A treaty whistleblower has exposed the new jail cells, the camp cells, the cabins are being equipped with gas lines. Are these designed to also serve as gas chambers? This is the thing, the building is created a gas plot that is connected to nothing. Right here, the rest of the building, you can see the hot water, the electricity, what's this for? It's very terrible, it's very, it's very comfortable, it's very ventilating. But, are they going to gas this noise? What are these gas lines for? Well seemingly there are to dose people against their will through the air, perhaps with the lethal gas. We also have this very concerning clip, where a man who is filming in his prison cell at one of these COVID camps overheard a concentration camp guard threatening to fucking gas. Another distressed inmate, quote, calm down or you're going to get fucking gas. Listen to this. So it sounds like there's got to stay here longer, which is concerning for me because it stayed here for 14 days. And then one of the most concerning series of documents I've ever seen, the same government, the Western Australian government. Public Health Act 2016, that's what we just read from. Instrument of authorization. Authorization to supply or administer a poison, the SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19 vaccine. So let's never forget the role the Western Australian government had in knowingly poisoning their own people. And that's their word. And administer a poison, they're poisoning people. And by the way, if you go to this page now, it says you are not authorized to access this page. So they're hiding it. It actually gives a four or three message, which says this is forbidden. There are also extremely concerning parallels to Soviet communism. There is this Stalin era criminal code, article 58, which covered so-called crimes against the communist state. Section one, any action or lack of action whose purpose is to weaken the state's power was illegal, deemed counter-revolutionary. Section seven, outlawed subversion of industry and trade and forbade the circulation of money. Section eight outlined illegal terrorism offenses. Section 10, outlawed propagation or agitation containing an appeal for the overthrow, subverting or even the weakening of Soviet power. Section 11 was an aggregating factor if such actions were undertaken as an organization, which could just be two people exchanging correspondence. Section 12 forced citizens to denounce all actions that violated other sections. So you couldn't say I support that person. I'm not breaking the law, but I understand why they did it. You have to denounce. Section 14, outlawed sabotage, which they defined as a conscious failure to carry out to find duties or intentionally careless execution of your duties. So section one and section 14 are just beyond crazy. I mean, all of them. Section one, any action or lack of action whose purpose is to weaken the state's power, any action or lack of action that weakens the state illegal. Also, if you don't do your duties, illegal. A couple of members' opposite talk about this is over. We don't need these extreme provisions anymore or we don't need the current provisions or the proposed provisions. This is not the threat it used to be. Again, I'm just wonder what crystal wall you have to know that we're not going to get out of the blue. The variant that is resistant to vaccine, but how do we know that this is over? How do we know that we can just rest and let this end? Across government provisions that we want to retain access to. I think of a cruise ship or a new variation variant of the virus where vaccines, the current vaccination regime just simply doesn't assist. So I think it would be wishful thinking to think that we're just going to see a steady decline and gently exit out of COVID. We don't control the virus. We have to be ready. The bill hands the most draconian powers to a public servant with absolutely no ministerial or parliamentary oversight. There can be extreme actions taken under this bill, including intra-state border closures, seizure of property and direction of people. And the fact is that if it wasn't for the government and standing up for the policies and approaches and provisions that we have, we would have seen the economy in Western Australia destroyed. We would have seen large numbers of lives lost due to the deadly virus. It really was disappointing to hear the way he demeaned and undermined the state emergency coordinators role. We've had two police commissioners in that role, including the now Governor. Highly respected individuals with an important statutory role and obligation to manage a pandemic. And he undermined and demeaned that position and the role that those two men had. The members basically painted West Australia and this legislation as presenting an Orwellian police state where property and cars could be seized and broken into. I'm present in powers and then he demeaned the state, the emergency coordinator as an unelected public servant. As if to demean that role and not to consider the relevance of the police commissioner and the role they have as the sec, the state emergency coordinator. It was quite disappointing and I want to just go through now to explain and respond to some of the things that the leader of the Liberal Party had to say. The leader of the Liberal Party spoke about seizing vehicles, breaking into private property and painting an extreme and frightening alarmist picture of this bill and what it represents. There can be a direction on an owner or an occupier, an owner of a vehicle or an occupier property to give an authorized COVID-19 officer reasonable assistance to exercise the officer's power. The COVID-19 is an unknown. Now, I'm interested tonight to see it ensures that the structures that have worked well under the Emergency Management Act continue. This includes the State Disaster Council, which enables consideration of whole of government factors, the role of the State Emergency Coordinator and the hazard management agency and the coordination abilities afforded by the Emergency Management Act's powers and structures. I'm pretty sure that if we said we're going to put all the powers with the Premier or a Minister, you would be hailing. You would be talking about total control. You'd be talking about an emperor with total control. The short answer, I think, is that we are transitioning, but we can't be sure of what the future holds. So the idea that we would relinquish all the Emergency Management provisions that have sort of seen good stead till now and just walk away from those has the view is that while we hope we won't require those, that it's not a good idea to just simply leave them and walk away from them. So to clarify, there's no way for anyone in government or the State Disaster, sorry, I forgot the term State Disaster Council to override a decision or a declaration that's made by the SEC.
