Highland Park Shooting Hoax - Footage of Shooter’s Arrest from nearby Vehicle

Footage allegedly captured by Ryan Lerman, a delivery driver close to the scene.

Pay close attention at 1:29 in the clip. Someone in the vehicle miraculously realizes that its the shooter being apprehended. No one could know that for certain.

Are we supposed to believe that it just magically dawns upon him in middle of his capturing the footage? Its a staged recording. The exclamation "Its the shooter" is added for dramatic effect to manipulate people into thinking its real.
