In the beginning of the video, notice the two dummies (one on the couch and one on the ground) who are supposedly victims. Notice there is no blood coming from the lady on the couch and no evidence of wounding.

Really nice of ISIS to just come out and announce on Telegram they were responsible for this.

There are a bunch of bystander videos of this event floating around on social media which is a good indicator of a staged event.

This event appears to be a mix of a mass shooting hoax in which no one died and state sponsored (by Russia) terrorism because it appears the concert hall was set on fire.
