Welcome back to the show and that breaking news on the evacuation of COVID positive patients from Melbourne's hot quarantine hotel. They went on to the sky bus, buy themselves and then that bus was driven away with a driver in full PPE, destination the Pullman Hotel which will be their new health hotel. We have just seen some more bags enter this second bus that has turned up. So we're now waiting for another resident any moment to be put on to this sky bus and then taken away. It appears at this stage they're doing it one by one. The reason for this most likely is because this is a hot hotel as I mentioned. So all international travelers that are either COVID positive or symptomatic are taken here to the holiday in. The reason they're being evacuated is because of water damage. Spring clothes were activated on Saturday. There is water damage to four of the eight floors. So the decision was made to evacuate 31 residents and you're seeing this live shot at the moment we are just waiting for another resident to be put on that sky bus and taken away. This is going to take hours because there's 31 residents to get through. Because it looked to me like, and this is a pandemic and this is a COVID positive person is coming out of the hotel with a garbage bag over their head, not full PPE gear. Tarras bags!
