Mario Draghi a pandemic of vaccinated

The guy did this video on my request. Draghi (italian pm) says pandemic of the unvaccinated. In italian it would be non vaccinati. It’s a bit more complex than doing the vaccinated - unvaccinated trick because in italian that ’un’ (non) is a separate word.
