Good morning. It's time to wake up. It's time. Now. It's time to face the day. To seize it. It's time to reclaim your mind. And leave behind lies and cover ups. Don't deny what is. Denies power over you. It's time to go beyond the veil. Welcome back fellow voyagers. If you are a stowaway joining us for the first time on this last leg of our three-part journey, we invite you to catch up with our tale and narrative to see the entire landscape we have covered. To learn more of our continuing exploration of Disney, NASA, the DOD, and the weaponization of space and ground-based weather, buckle up. Dr. Herman Olberth, who pioneered a rocket design for the German Reich, and later for the American manned space launches, once cryptically stated, and I quote, we cannot take credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone, we have been helped. When asked by whom, he replied, and again I quote, the people of other worlds. Werner von Braun was a famous German aerospace engineer and spacecraft architect credited with inventing the V2 rocket for Nazi Germany, and the Saturn V for the United States. He echoed similar knowledge of a Nordic-looking extraterrestrial influence when he stated in 1959, and I quote, we find ourselves faced by powers which are far stronger than hitherto assumed, and whose base is at present unknown to us. More I cannot say it present, we are now engaged in entering into closer contact with those powers, and within six or nine months time it may be possible to speak with more precision on the matter. Just who were the people of other worlds that both of these esteemed German scientists spoke of, so non-Shenwant? My name is Robert Sepper, I'm a formerly educated anthropologist, and now author, and I'd like to invite you to explore some fascinating mysteries with me, which for the most part have alluded any serious consideration in mainstream academia. Nikola Tesla was a true visionary far ahead of his contemporaries in the field of scientific development, and astonished the world by demonstrating the wonders of alternating current electricity at the World Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. He designed the first hydroelectric power plant in Niagara Falls in 1895, and among his many discoveries are the fluorescent light, laser beam, remote control, robotics. Tesla is the father of the radio and registered over 700 patents worldwide. His vision included exploration of solar energy, the power of the sea, and he even foresaw interplanetary communication and satellites. Tesla changed the world, and many people today know it, and rightfully acknowledge him for it. What many people don't know, however, is that Tesla claimed to have completed a unified field theory shortly before he supposedly died, but his theories on electromagnetisms, power to distort space and time, were never published. Instead, they were seized by the FBI, promptly following his alleged death in 1943, the same year as the Philadelphia Experiment. The Philadelphia Experiment is the name given to a naval military experiment, which was carried out at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The US Navy Destroyer, S. Quart, USS Eldridge, was to be rendered invisible or cloaked to enemy devices, and the experiment is also referred to as Project Rainbow. The theory postulates the interrelated nature of the forces that compromise electromagnetic radiation and gravity, and through a special application of the theory, it was thought possible with specialized equipment and sufficient energy to actually bend light around an object. In such a way, as surrender essentially invisible to observers. Nikola Tesla once said, and I quote, My brain is only a receiver. In the universe, there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I've not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know it exists. So the alternative narrative is that the secret space program has taken off from there, but based on what we know of mind control, which was the Nazi specialty, and the already established fraud against humanity and stated intent to war against such humanity, can we be sure that the space and time travel alleged by many to be the real reason for NASA's aversion to straight answers isn't really just a cover for the space-based directed energy weapons program that has crept up over the last few decades, that is in final consolidation phase now. Whether deep space travel technology sent for aliens is available or not, one thing is for sure. The space-based weapons system is an actuality, regardless of whether the cover story is or not. If we really want to understand what's going on in space today and what's happening with the plan to put weapons in space, I think it's instructive to go back and understand the origins of the US space program. And to do that, you have to go back to Nazi Germany. Hitler recruited a brilliant young rocket scientist by the name of Werner von Braun, who had a weekend rocket club to come to work for the Nazis to build the V1 and V2 rockets that were used to terrorize the cities of London and Paris and Brussels towards the end of World War II. And for von Braun and his team, they set up along the Baltic Sea, a place called Pina Monday. There was a research and development center for the Nazi rocket operation. And to this place at Pina Monday, the Nazis brought thousands of Jews and French resistance fighters to serve as prisoners, essentially slaves to build this production effort. Well, the British found out about it, went in and bombed the entire operation. And so the Nazis said we've got to move to a more secure location. And down inside of Central Germany, there's a mountain chain called the Hearts Mountains. And in that mountain, there's a huge tunnel where the Nazis were storing military hardware. Well, they cleared the whole thing out, moved the entire rocket operation into the tunnel, named it Middlework. And just outside the mountain tunnel in Middlework, the Nazis built a brand new concentration camp called Dora. And to Dora, the Nazis brought 40,000 Jews, gypsies, French resistance fighters, homosexuals, communists, even a black American GI were brought there to serve as slaves for the operation. Well, you know immediately after the war, the US and the Allies created the Nuremberg Trials, at which time we brought the Nazis to justice for their crimes against humanity. But 1,500 of the top Nazis never went to trial. It were smuggled into the United States by the US military under a program called Operation Paperclip. Smuggled in through Boston and West Palm Beach, Florida. And Werner von Braun and his rocket team, a hundred of them, along with 100 copies of the V2 rocket, were sent to Huntsville, Alabama, where von Braun became the first director of NASA's Marshal's Spirits. What's interesting is the other 1,400 Nazis, who were they? Well, some of them were brought to the United States to work for the CIA. Others were brought to the United States to do the LSD drug experiments and the MK-Ultramind experiments during the 1960s where people were jumping out of windows. Some of the Nazi scientists that in Germany had been taking Jews and putting them in freezing temperatures to see how the body would react to that were sent to Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and were put in charge of the US military flight medicine program. And so when you take 1,500 of the top Nazi scientists and essentially seed the military industrial complex, the question I have is, do they bring with them an ideological contamination? Well, not only did von Braun go to work for NASA, but the guy that was in charge of the V2 flight test program up at Pina Monday along the Baltic Sea, guy by the name of Kurt Vibis, became the first director of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. And then the man that recruited von Braun, major general Walter Dornberger, the guy that was sent by Hitler to recruit von Braun to come to work for the Nazis. He became Vice President of Bell Aerosystem Corporation in New York that made its riches building the helicopters for the war in Vietnam. In fact, in 1958, Dornberger testified before the United States Congress saying that America stopped space priorities should be to quote, conquer, occupy, keep and utilize space between the Earth and the Moon. And in fact, later on in a speech before a national missile industry conference, Dornberger told the assembled, gentlemen, I didn't come to this country to lose the Third World War, I lost two already. And then finally, the man that was in charge of production and middle work inside the mountain tunnel there in Germany, Arthur Rudolph. He became the first project director of the NASA Saturn V rocket program that took the United States to the Moon. So these are the essential origins of the US space program. The space command put out a planning document a few years ago called Vision for 2020. On the cover of it, you see a satellite hitting targets on the Earth below. Let's take a look at some of the language and this so-called Vision for 2020. The space command says that in the future, because of corporate globalization of the world economy, they expect that there's going to be a widening gap between the haves and the have-nots, between the rich and the poor all over the world. And as a result of that, the Pentagon predicts that there's going to be more and more regional instability around the world, because people that are under the boot of these multinational corporations are going to organize, they're going to try to organize unions, they're going to organize to get these corporations from controlling their governments. Pentagon says, you know, we can't put a marine on every single street corner of the world to suppress these populations. But with space technology in place, we'll be able to see everything, hear everything, and essentially target everything in every place on the Earth. And the Vision 2020 says that space superiority will emerge as an essential element of battlefield success in future warfare. Going back to Google, we have NASA Historical Data Book, Programs and Projects, 1969 and 1978. This is a history of dot nasa.gov website, the first decade reviewed, all the details for all the various satellite programs and the different phases. It's a couple decades space application, 1969 to 1978, the earthly problems. Nagel alluded to in 1978 where derivatives of the continuing growth of the world's population imposing ever-growing demands for the basics of life, as well as such social needs of civilization as improved means of transportation and communications. Pollution and its impacts on the mechanics of the environment was seen as a particularly not just effect of expanding population and industrialization. If Congress would appropriate the funds, NASA could be particularly well armed to investigate, if not actually to combat some of these global problems. The synoptic views of Earth provided by satellites would help investigators understand, develop and protect natural and cultural resources and monitor the state of the environment. This serious task was added to NASA's applications programs in addition to its traditional role of support for advanced communications and meteorology research. Geodetic research was a fourth responsibility. The Office of Applications divided these areas of responsibility into four programs, whether climate and environmental quality, communications, Earth Resources Survey and Earth and Ocean Dynamics. In October 1967, Johnny Nagel, a physicist by training, became associate administrator for space science and applications at NASA headquarters, replacing Homer E. Newell, Jr., who had led the agency's space science program from its earliest days. He continued to head OSA until it was divided into two offices in December of 1971, the Erology Program. During its second decade, NASA conducted advanced research and development activities in the field of meteorology and served as launch vehicle manager for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's fleet of operational satellites. In addition, the Space Agency was an active participant in the Global Atmospheric Research Program, an international meteorological research effort. Garb and NASA's major meteorological flight projects, TRO, SMS and Nimbus, are described below. Nimbus. The Nimbus program approved in 1959 as NASA's second-generation meteorology satellite program was operationally successful, concluded in 1978, with a launch of the last of seven polar orbiting satellites. However, data from Nimbus 7 were still being received from the spacecrafts, sophisticated instruments in the early 1980s. Nimbus was flown not as an operational satellite, but as an advanced research satellite on which new sensing instruments and data gathering techniques were tested. Okay, shaped like a butterfly with solar panel wings, the configuration of Nimbus changed little from its first use in 1964, what did evolve was the payload. The first meteorology satellites provided scientists with cloud pictures from which air movement could be determined, and infrared data that reflected the temperature variations of the Earth's surface. Instruments carried in Nimbus 3 and 4 launched 1969 and 1970 yielded vertical profiles of the temperatures in the atmosphere, and information on the Global Distribution of Ozone and Water Raper. With each mission, these profiles were refined and extended. Nimbus 4 demonstrated the feasibility of determining wind velocity fields by accurately tracking balloons. Nimbus 5, 1972, provided improved thermal maps of the Earth. Environmental conditions such as CIS cover and rainfall were monitored by Nimbus 6. Nimbus 7 also was called the air pollution and oceanographic observing satellite. In addition to mapping upper atmospheric characteristics, this last satellite of the series collected extensive data over the planet's oceans, extended scientists solar and Earth radiation database, and monitored man-made and natural pollutants. There you go. International Meteorological Program. In December 1961, in reply to President John F. Kennedy's call for international cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer space, the United Nations enacted General Assembly Resolution 1721. A recommendation to conduct an extensive global meteorological program was an important part of the resolution. Two years later in December 1963, the UN formally endorsed a specific plan for international cooperation in meteorological training and research. The World Meteorological Organization, an agency of the United Nations, coordinated the World Weather Program, of which there were two components. The World Weather Watch initiated in 1963 in the Global Atmospheric Research Program, endorsed in 1966, also known as Garpe. The Global Atmospheric Research Program. Broadgoals of the World Weather Program included extending the time range and scope of weather prediction, assessing the consequences of man's pollution of the atmosphere, and determining the feasibility of large scale weather modification. The World Weather Watch was the program's original operational arm, providing global observations, data processing, and telecommunication systems that brought each membered nation basic weather information. Garpe, a joint effort of the World Meteorological Organization and the International Council of Scientific Unions, was the research arm. The World Weather Watch was the program's operational arm, providing global observations, data processing, and telecommunication systems that brought each membered nation basic weather information. Garpe, a joint effort of the World Meteorological Organization, and the International Council of Scientific Unions, was the research arm. So, anyway, there's an extensive history of satellites, different uses. They monitor, here they have NASA opens new era in measuring Western U.S. snowpack, and the ability, there's measurements of snowwater equivalent in snow albedo or reflectivity of the Tulumun River Basin. A new NASA airborne mission has created the first maps of the entire snowpack of two major mountains, watersheds, and California and Colorado, producing the most accurate measurements to date of how much water they hold. You see what we're seeing happening here? And I noticed this when Doppler radar was down one day, the thick thick fog we had, and chronic missing, click here for the CalXS status update. The service is no longer available in accordance with the National Weather Service Change Notice, 16-16, or the Gov. I do notice that when it blooms up on the radar fields, all the clouds get pushed up, the air gets pushed out, the energy gets pushed out. So, the jet stream has to go high over, and when it's not strong, when it's weak, when the field is weak, the humidity can be there. So, in some ways, there's a lot less humidity. I noticed in the last few years, in the summertime in New Orleans, heat, yes, the sun will scorch you. It'll scorch you in the winter. And when they beam the lasers, we see the energy being directed right over next to the radar, like the Hurricanes in the 2017 Hurricanes season. All of them had an eye for Doppler radar, eye for eye, Doppler for Doppler. Are we seeing the hydrological cycle deliberately hijacked? Are they manipulating environmental and inadvertent effects and just force multiplying it to their advantage? It is not just about weather, it is about water. It is about water. It means evaporating the water locally, regionally, and sending it where they need to by using complicated satellite models of variety and network. They're consolidating right now as we speak everything, including the hurricane season, which we saw completely interacting with Doppler radar the 2017 Hurricanes season is when it was proven to me based on what I was seeing, what I've experienced, and what I knew from people in the military that knew ahead of time, for instance, with Harvey. I knew about Harvey before the media was talking about Harvey, and my source knew about Harvey before it was a tropical depression because he was told to pack his bags he was in Texas. So they can steer these, it's much more than chemtrails, but NASA does study the chemtrails. Now, deliberate or accidental chemtrails are water vapor on chemical nuclei, and depending on the kind of chemical nuclei you get can completely alter your atmosphere, your ability to make persistent contrails. Of course, so can supersaturation, but supersaturation of the nuclei or water vapor or both has an effect to what extent that is a whole study of jet fuel, jet propulsion, and the effects thereof. There are tons of studies across the internet, and NASA has no exception to that results of the August 1999 aerosol measurements intercom-parasin workshop, T-38 aircraft sampling phase, and nobody affects of various... Air NASA aerosols may drive a significant portion of Arctic warming. New study led by climate scientist, it's not so new, 2009, the Goudard Institute for Space Studies, sensitive different regional climates, Arctic changes in levels of carbon dioxide ozone in your cells. The researchers found that the mid and high latitudes are especially responsive to changes in the levels of aerosols. Indeed, the model suggests aerosols likely count for 45% or more of the warming that has occurred in the Arctic during the last three decades. The results were published in the April issue of the Nature Geoscience. There are several varieties of aerosols, previous research has shown that two types, sulfates and black carbon, playing especially critical role in regulating climate change, both are products of human activity. It appears that aerosols have quite a powerful effect on climate, but there's still a lot more that we need to sort out. Yeah, there's always more that they need to sort out. This is an important model study raising lots of great questions that will need to be investigated with field research. We will have very little leverage over climate in the next couple of decades if we're just looking at carbon dioxide. Shindle said, if we want to try to stop the Arctic summer sea ice from melting completely over the next few decades, we're much better off looking at aerosols and ozone. So there's that. Water vapor confirmed as a major player in climate change. A lot of vapors known to be Earth's most abundant greenhouse gas, but the extent of its contribution to global warming has been debated. Using recent NASA satellite data researchers have estimated more precisely than ever the heat trapping effect of water near, validating the role of the gas as a critical component of climate change. But this, so, NASA is the importance of understanding clouds. Then this is my favorite one. I say this all day long. Even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by greenhouse gases, other greenhouse gases, because water vapor is a greenhouse gas. It's the most prominent one actually. Human produced airsols or other factors associated with global change. So even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by greenhouse gases, human produced airsols or other factors associated with global change. So this is where we sand what scientifically and they've studied this, right? But they're not really actively doing whether modification. Though they have rolled out a new cloud chart which actually inspired me to write my children's chemtrial book, Funny Clouds, a chemtrial tale. In the spirit of countering some of the propaganda, without personal technologies such as smartphones, these new clouds might have never been added to the international cloud atlas, because all the satellites that NASA has been sending up into space since the 50s wouldn't have captured that without smartphones. Are you kidding me? These are completely energy hit cloud. We didn't have these growing up. What my friend brought over to me today, it says, Introduction to Clouds. It's from NASA. On the other side it says, Skywatcher chart. From NASA, I shit my pants. Oh my goodness. This is shocking. This is brand new now. This is 2010. This just really hit me hard. They're calling this. Check that out folks. A contrail up there in the top. A contrail. You should see that thing. It's like just two huge chem clouds in the sky. And on the other side it's like a chemtrial that's cut in half. I cannot believe the programming. Check it out. We got a little jet up here with some chem clouds coming out of the back. Look at what they are calling a contrail. Oh my gosh. It's crazy. They have this whole thing where these chem clouds are not trying to say they're solar shield. But let me tell you, during the night infrared radiation is blocked in the atmosphere by the artificial clouds. So the whole, you know, due engineering option in order to keep global warming down and to reflect the sunlight is a total lie in a hoax. And more. This was taken down shortly after it was posted. NASA satellite image proofs hurricanes are man made. I mean, even though this is a seam in the picture this here, there is nothing natural about this. And I've seen these kind of clouds and these kind of lines. But here's a, I mean, if you think this is natural, baby. Right? Okay. You can always go to archive.org and see if you can find an old website that was taken down. Here's a case study. I don't actually know what the original source of this is. But this is a great history of what? What the evolution of an R&D program into a military operation, whether modification. Spins in an obscure Vietnamese publication in the history of the Battle of Dieb being food, the following notation appears under the entry. 1954, the general staff of General Navarra Radio sent a radio message to General Cogni informing him that on April 24th, 150 baskets of activated charcoal. And 150 bags of ballast will be flown from Paris for the making of artificial rain aimed at impeding our movement and supply. This was 1954. Okay. In the summer of 72, however, it was reported that the United States had been using weather modification techniques in the Indo-China war from 67 through 72. It just talks about how in 1953, a president's advisory committee on weather control was established to determine the extent to which the United States should experiment with engaging or regulate activities designed to control weather conditions. It was basically thought that the Russians were experimenting and advancing in techniques of weather modification. And so thus, of course, it was of military interest for the United States to follow suit. The DOD research and development effort in weather modification is conducted because of two major defense interests protecting personnel and resources against weather hazard, thus improving our operational capabilities and guarding against technological surprise by increasing our understanding of the capabilities. Any potential adversary might possess in this area. The DOD must retain the option to conduct RADT and E in those areas of atmospheric sciences, including weather modification, which offer the greatest potential contribution to solving problems associated with weather weapons and tactical and strategic operations. In the existing structure of our government, a mission-oriented executive departments can ill afford to have their programs directed by or priorities established by another government agency. The same issues can be examined in two other ways. The first is via the question of expenditure levels for military weather modification programs. Around 1960, just when the grandiose claims were being made for the potentials of military weather modification, there were several claims that US Department of Defense funding for weather modification amounted to less than $2 million per year. Even in 1960, this would have been considered a trifling sum. However, this amount was only the unclassified funding, and there was no way to know that what fraction of the total it was. New reports of classified military weather modification activities indicate that the cost reported by the Defense Department are only a fraction of total DOD weather modification expenditures. Classified weather modification activities are not included in table two, agency funding for weather modification, and as indicated earlier, these may be substantial. The question of what the military budget for weather modification is classified or unclassified would also seem to matter a good deal on matter of definition, which meteorological research was considered directly relevant to weather modification or even more intended to directly support the program in it. For example, to what degree does knowledge obtain in such operations as the massive sea state and atmospheric interaction studies known as GLOMEX, Bowmix and NORPACS, or in weather satellite programs, contribute to the understanding of suitable conditions for weather modification or of its effects. Such studies entail very large expenditures and are often jointly funded by military service, the US Navy, for example, and the National Science Foundation. They are also often programmed as part of such international ventures as the international decade of ocean exploration. One can also ask to what degree the general interest in weather phenomena by the traditional military services is relevant to modification and maybe relevant to a very considerable degree. Nevertheless, it is clear that above mentioned three military or combined military civilian large scale meteorological research programs, sea state and atmosphere interaction studies, meteorological satellite programs, weather prediction for routine military operations all have major intrinsic purposes of their own. Their planning and funding as research programs may have had no intention to provide information for adaptation in a weather modification program. On the other hand, such programs as Project Storm Fury, the turning or dissipation of hurricane centers are completely identical to the often suggested use of the same weather phenomena as a weapon. In addition, if one looks at the Air Force Defense Research Science programs and the description of one of its 13 budgetary sub-elements, atmospheric sciences, one discovers that the paragraph describing its duties contains the following missions. To improve environmental prediction techniques used to support various military functions and to modify the environments to enhance military operation, the knowledge gained in the first is necessary to accomplish the second. From the point of view of capability, it probably would not matter if the mission definition did not contain the latter half of the statement. Similarly, the crucial question is not the amount of funding that is regularly defined as for modification or the portion that is classified or which agency carries it out, but the intention of the program that gathers the knowledge base and its utilization and application. Another way in which this question can be examined in some detail is through what is probably the major relevant project that was funded by the US Department of Defense. Beginning in 1969, or by the Advanced Research Project Agency of the US Department of Defense began funding a project called the Nile Blue, climate modification research. We got a club in New Orleans called Blue Nile. The official statement describing that project states, since it now appears highly probable that major world powers have their ability to create modifications of climate that might be seriously detrimental to the security of this country, the Nile Blue sub-project was established in fiscal year 70 to achieve a US capability to evaluate all consequences of a variety of possible actions that might modify the climate. Detect trends in the global circulation in which Fortel changes in the climate, either natural or artificial. Determine if possible means to counter potential the materials climactic changes. Dr. Lucasick, basically what we are attempting to do is to learn as much as we can about how world climate is determined so that we can predict the effects of modification may and might make in the environment. In order to do this, we must first devise a realistic and workable mathematical model of the world's climate, which will make it possible to calculate future states very quickly. This is where the need for a very powerful and fast computer comes in. Once we have a dependable simulation model, then we can begin to introduce changes into it, for example, increasing the amount of water that is evaporated into the atmosphere from a newly created large inland area, and find out what effects this would have on the world's climate. When we have achieved this capability, how about infusing water vapor from heat waste in power plants? How about that? When we have achieved this capability, we will be able to evaluate and advance the effects of such environmental changes as the announced Soviet proposals to create large inland seas in the erud regions of Central Asia and to melt large portions of the Arctic ice along the northern reaches of the USSR. I think I should mention that although a number of government organizations are engaged in water prediction and whether reached search, these areas are by no means synonymous with the study of climate modeling and modification. They are related, of course. The Nile Blue program depends heavily on the numerical models and techniques developed for weather prediction, adapting and extending them as required for the long term stability required for climate prediction. Because of this dependence, continuous scientific interaction is maintained with the weather research activities of the Military Services, National Oceanic Administration, Atmospheric Administration, National Science Foundation, and so forth both as a source of information for the ARPA program, and is a possible recipient of technical spin-off relevant to their concerns. In testimony in the following year before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the Department of Defense gave the following justification for the Nile Blue program by then renamed Climate Dynamics. What is the justification of ARPA sponsorship of the project? Why shouldn't climate dynamics be transferred to a civilian agency? The Soviet Union has invested considerable efforts and resources in developing a well-organized and extensive program in climate modification research. The director of the Soviet hydro-medialogical service has declared that active modification of climate is an objective of this research. A number of specific projects have been proposed to alleviate the harsh Russian climate with attendant benefit, it's to agriculture, navigation, and resource exploitation. This include removal of the Arctic pack ice, damning of the burying, straits, and diversion of the Siberian rivers. These programs clearly might affect the climate of other parts of the world, including the United States and its allies. Even marginal changes in temperature and rainfall could drastically damage agriculture, shipping, and indeed the entire economy. There are several important points to be noted here. The Nile Blue program was an attempt to perform very large-scale theoretical global climate modeling and was carried out by the major US military advanced R&D agencies. It began several years after military weather modification operations were initiated by the US Air Force in Indochina, but probably had little or no direct relation to them. The program could, however, conceivably have been catalyzed by thoughts of the possible spread of international interest in weather and climate modification in subsequent years should knowledge of the US military operations become public. It was not justified in relation to any of the more often referred to limited weather modification programs of interest to the military services, but was related to the grandiose Soviet schemes involving the burying straits, and the Northward flow of Siberian rivers to the Arctic. 1969 was more than 10 years after the first burying straits suggestions, but closer to the time the USSR began discussing major river diversions. Such schemes would then questionably produce extremely serious and real international problems, where they ever attempted, but these are not essentially military problems. It's possible that a global climate modeling research project could not have been initiated before a requisite amount of computer capability was provided, which was in fact an integral part of the program. There was a great amount of civilian overlap in the R&D program. Finally of interest to understanding other parts of the study is simply the fact that ARPA was the agency involved. It was ARPA's institutional role within the US Department of Defense to be responsible for very advanced research that did not readily fit into any of the individual military service missions, Army Air Force or Navy, as well as being still too far removed from weapon application. At the same time, however, ARPA also contained a branch that was concerned with R&D for counter insurgency military operations. Project Agile, which was established in mid-1961 and was paradoxically the agency in the Department of Defense that was instrumental in rapidly putting into field operation in Indochina several other irregular or exotic forms of warfare. Our recite operations against both crops and forests and the use of forest fires. All of these programs were applied extremely rapidly with very little testing and with even less thought or knowledge of possible consequences and in contravention of international rules of warfare. The Nile Blue program made use of what was the time of the world's largest computer, ILEAC4, the construction of which had also been funded by ARPA. It would have to be considered of inestimable value if someone had decided for once to anticipate the environmental effects of a proposed very large scale man-made technological intervention. We can only hope that this is actually why the program was initiated. As already indicated as early as 1961 a R&D report on whether modification emphasized the complexity of atmospheric processes and interrelation of modification and prediction. Perhaps it is also of interest that the only two reports that deal with weather and climate prepared by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency that have been publicly released deal with similar broad considerations of weather climate, food production, etc. It is unlikely however that the program was quite so benign. In 1962 years before the Nile Blue program was initiated, ARPA had contracted for a classified research project with a title. Some upper atmosphere aspects of chemical geophysical warfare. Clearly the same information base described in the ARPA Nile Blue program could also eventually provide the ability to carry out attempts at weather modification. It is inherent in the nature of the information. We have already noted the content that their research is military but ours is just civil, even that funded by military programs. It is interesting in view of the stated description of the Nile Blue program that my 1975 it was reported that the National Science Foundation gradually is taking over ARPA's weather climate research. The NSF also jointly funds a substantial portion of oceanographic research that has direct military application. This again impacts on the question of the importance or not of the amount of funding its source, which agency funds it out its classification, public or secret. Or the publicly presented rationale for the program. It goes on weather modification used in war in 1967-1972. So despite the great magnification of the threat from a potential opponent that was expressed in 1958 to 1960 in the United States, it was the United States that was the first nation to use weather modification as a weapon in war. This took place in an extensive program in the Indo-China theater from 1967 to 1972. They call it theater. I mean, I know people that worked on the Indo-China theater. I can't say too much information, but that's how I first had chemtrails confirmed. That they used two planes. One plane would come, seed something, then the other plane would come, and the two would interact and have a third outcome when the trails were mixed together. So we could see how out of the spoils of the Cold War, the necessity of weather modification got legitimized. Do you remember this? Final flight of Endeavor, April 2011. Space shuttle mission, these boys. This guy's wife was involved in a shooting, which actually ended up being one of her first fall flags. His wife really did end up looking like she had a frontal lobotomy of some sort. Now, if you're not into false flags, you never heard about them. I'm probably getting my video taken down off a YouTube for just saying the word. Although free speech. Hello. Anyway, so after his wife gets shot up, victim of gun violence. What are the odds? It goes into space and he delivers the alpha magnetic spectrometer. 1250 gauze, 4000 times stronger than the Earth's magnetic field, through 2020 and beyond until the space station is de-orbited, 2 billion. So, they're going to be putting this magnet that's 4000 times stronger than the Earth's magnetic field. Now, this doesn't mean that it can attract the moon or move the moon or anything. But what it can do is affect tectonic plates. It can be like a little mini harp of some sort, I was told. It's supposed to test for gravitational waves, 2 billion dollar alpha magnetic spectrometer, more than 1500,000 pound device searching for cosmic rays, high energy charge particles from outer space. We'll write up to the International Space Station on the shuttle and de-ver. Now, since everything is a back of lies, what's it really doing? What's it really doing? This has tremendous potential for any number of things. So, there's that. There's the fact that nobody knew that. I mean, it did make some small headlines, but you have to follow that. We really don't know what's being sent up there. A history of space weaponization by Rand.org. Deturing space war and exploratory analysis incorporating prospect theory into a game, theoretic model of space warfare. Today, there's a growing danger that space may become overly weaponized or become an active theater in which war is waged. Stifling commercial and social use of space. It's not the first time in the short history of man's use of space that there is an answerist up to restaurant conflict expanding into the space domain. Since the beginning of the space race when the Russians orbited Sputnik space has been used for military applications. Discussions of war preparations become more public with each demonstration of space weapons. See, they show you all of these satellites, but when you're actually out in orbit, you don't see any of them. Anyway, you would think it would be a big old trash. Discussions of war preparations become more public with each demonstration of space weapons. In 2007, China demonstrated the ability to destroy satellite in low-worth orbit using a ground-launched missile. The United States conducted a similar demonstration in 2008. More recently, 2015 Russia positioned a spacecraft within 10 kilometers of commercial satellites, raising suspicions of intent to conduct malicious activities. In October 2016, Russia conducted its fifth test of an anti-satellite missile capable of degrading US strategic communications and other systems critical to national defense. The US is also pursuing options for fighting conflicts in outer space. Space war preparations are becoming more visible. Like an earlier US demonstration in 1985, the Chinese action in 2007 created a significant debris ring. This debris endangers all other satellites using that orbit, regardless of their national origin or intended use, and serves as a reminder of how easily the environment of space could be destroyed. While the natural environment of space is harsh, introducing man-made effects such as debris may make the environment unsustainable, potentially depriving modern society of the benefits of space. One can only hope, one can only hope at this point, if space is going to be weaponized, that space becomes completely useless to man. I'm down with that. I'm down with that, even as I use this computer. This computer is being taken away from me. I have censorship, the things I try to get out. It's not free speech anymore, and it's hard to find information. You have to go 10 pages back in Google to get to the good stuff. But anyway, I digress. Okay. These benefits include early warning of hurricanes and typhoons, monitoring the health of our oceans and atmosphere, ubiquitous and instant communication across the globe through telephone, television, and internet, affordable near real-time overhead imagery, and navigation services such as the global positioning system, which millions of us routinely access directly from our automobiles and the phone in our pocket. We made it for millennia without GPS. We will make it for millennia more, and we will be all this smarter for it. Sustaining our current way of life without these space services would be difficult. Even short of destruction, attacks on space assets would have a chilling effect on investments in space, depriving us of future benefits we may not yet have imagined. It might also deprive us of a centralized, consolidated satellite system, which cooperates and leads in the modeling for weather modification that is being used and weaponized against us. That's what I'm seeing as a benefit. A history of space weaponization. When Russia's Sputnik in 1957 and the US's Corota 1960 satellites were initially deployed, both sides believed that these satellites would shift the strategic balance of the Cold War, and in fact, the satellites may have. Despite the fact that these spacecraft barely skimmed the Earth's atmosphere and may have not been significantly harder to target than the US's U-2 reconnaissance aircraft, neither country attempted to attack them kinetically. However, both Russia and the US conducted testing of nuclear warheads in outer space from 1958 to 1962. Their motivations were multifaceted, but at least partially driven by the search for anti-satellite weapons. While kinetic kill of satellites required higher accuracy missiles, nuclear warheads could be effective at relatively large distances from their target. A 1954 RAN study states that the thermal heat from a nuclear blast within two to four miles of a satellite would be catastrophic. In accordance with the conventional wisdom of that era, the RAND analysts focused on the heat from the explosion and dismissed radiation effects as inconsequential. Fortunately, for the preservation of space, scientists quickly learned that nuclear bombs in space released formal radiation than at sea level and that those impacts linger for years. In fact, collateral damage from nuclear weapon testing in space could not be contained. In the year following the 1962 US starfish primed its nation of a 1.4 megaton bomb in low-worth orbit at 248 miles above the Earth, one-third of all the spacecraft in that orbit ceased to function, most likely due to radiation effects. The effects on spacecraft were so profound and the danger that radiation presented to human spaceflight was so worrisome that there was little if any opposition to including outer space, in the partial nuclear test band treaty, signed by Russia and the US in 1963. In addition, UN resolution 1884 adopted by the UN General Assembly in October of 1963, Caldon states to refrain from placing nuclear weapons or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction into orbit around the Earth. The outer space treaty of 1967 formalized that band. This rapid spread of norms against nuclear weapons in space was highly intertwined with the spread of norms regarding nuclear weapons. The outer space treaty does nothing to exclude more conventional weapons in space or the use of weapons in space, although it does obligate signatories to conduct our activities in outer space with due regard to the corresponding interests of all other states. In the mid-1980s during my formative years in the satellite industry President Reagan's Star Wars Initiative, proposed to use space platforms to conduct ballistic missile defense, a development that was sure to upset the strategic balance of Cold War. Again, both sides demonstrated anti-satellite weapons, but backed away from their overt deployment to news. Paul Stair is writing the militarization of space 1985 notes that, for those familiar with the history of the US military space program, there must be a strong sense of déjà vu, the very same weapon systems that are currently being developed, were all proposed in a remarkably similar way during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Even the arguments that were used to promote these space weapons proposal are similar. For example, the use of such concepts as space denials, space control, and the need to take the higher ground, which are familiar today, were just as common in the early days of the space age. Ultimately, proposals to place defensive weapons in space were shelved on the US and Russia negotiated new nuclear arms control agreements. Public discussions of development of anti-satellite weapons also abated. Space and warfare are a historical perspective. The history of war has been punctuated by technology advances that have over time removed many of the geospatial limitations of the Waging War, while even in the earliest era, the anniversary of the Compel is opponent to do as well by applying force through other than physical combat, through cultural norms or by depriving the opponent of the basic necessities of food, water, and or shelter. Physical proximity to the opponent was still necessary to exert power. Until the advent of rocketry, however, physical proximity was constrained to fairly short distances, perhaps at most a kilometer, while aircraft could rain destruction from above they did have to be above the battlefield. Similarly, ships need to be within reasonable proximity of their target to be effective. The need for physical proximity relaxed over time, but until the last century, that relaxation was quite small. In the 20th century, rocketry changed distances from being measured in meters to being measured in kilometers, no longer limited to line of sight. 1944, Germany fired V2 rockets into Britain and Antwerp. The event that seized the public imagination and had a lasting psychological impact was the use of a Soviet rocket to launch that first sputnik into orbit in 1957. With that act, it became clear that not only had man created a devastating lethal weapon in the atomic bomb, just 13 short years prior, but that bomb could be launched from half a world away. An enemy population and infrastructure could be annihilated while the attacker stayed comfortably at home. In less than 50 years, humanity moved from the grueling trench warfare of World War I, where opposing soldiers could share a Christmas hymn across the battlefield to being able to wipe out civilization at the push of a button. Had intercontinental ballistic missiles and the atomic bomb been invented even 50 years apart, one wonders if the psychological impact would have been as great. We are fortunate perhaps that they were so coincident since the psychological shock resulted in both taboo against the first use and a fear of mutual assured destruction that had successfully deterred their use for nearly 70 years. Based on fear of a missile gap with the Soviet Union, the Cold War space race was ignited. Despite the formation of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Use of Outer Space in 1959, the initial decades of exploration and use of space were largely painted as internationalistic and militarized terms, yet in spite of militarized beginnings and the potential to use space to deploy weapons that hurdle from space to earth, delivering enormous amounts of kinetic energy. Against their target hundreds of miles below, no nation has fielded a weapon to hurl either kinetic or nuclear bombs from space or from that matter to shoot lasers. Furthermore, although nations have demonstrated weapons capable of destroying assets in space, no nation has yet overtly used such a weapon against an opponent. While this is a welcome development, it is unreasonable to assume restraint will continue indefinitely. In the following paragraphs, I explore possible reasons why restraint has been exercised to date. It goes on on what may have deterred it. Anyway. Here we have the predecessor to owning the weather 2025. This is Spacecast 2020 by Air University, into the future. Chief of Staff of the Air Force directed Space Steady Challenge to identify and conceptually develop high leverage space technologies and systems that will best support the war fighter in the 21st century. The study was composed of officers, airmen and civilians from institutions within Air University and assisted by outside advisory groups made up by the Air Force Major Command by Ice Commanders. Senior retired military officers and distinguished civilians and technical experts throughout the Department of Defense and civil commercial laboratories. This is the fourth of four monographs, Executive Summary. The Spacecast 2020 process, the world of 2020, and alternative futures and operational analysis. We have scoring the Spacecast system against the value model revealed that two system concepts were clearly ahead of the rest, trans, atmospheric vehicle, space-based high energy laser system, hell, well-named. So back to the Nazi sungun. But there is also a weather modification application definitions of the system descriptions, space modular system, system descriptions, space modular system, space traffic control system, cool, zinevoid information, weather forecast system, right? Space-based solar monitoring and alert satellite system, ionospheric forecasting system, system of ground and space-based sensors to monitor and map the Earth's ionosphere, the system also includes a control facility to collect and process the data from the sensor network and then disseminate the information to the user community that potential exists for ionospheric modification to enhance military missions. Not cool. Not cool with that. Not cool at all. Who are we worrying against? Human beings? Holographic projector, a system that could project holograms. Now here we have Project Bluebeam from space onto the ground in the sky or on the ocean anywhere in the theater of conflict or special operation deception missions. Deception missions. This is how they roll. Guys, theception missions are legal. It's called propaganda. It's legal. Crisis drills are legal. They can claim they are real and treat them real and then make reality TV shows afterwards showing the aftermath of the people whose husbands died, how they're getting along. They're all really pretty and done up for the cameras. And that it's all lies using crisis actors is totally 100% legal. This system would be composed of either orbiting holographic projector or relay satellites that would pass data and instructions to remotely piloted vehicle or aircraft that would then generate and project the holographic image. Space-based high-energy laser, hell system. Space-based multi-megawatt high-energy laser system that can be used in several modes of operation. In its weapons mode with a laser at high power it can attack ground air and space targets. It's in its surveillance mode it can operate using the laser at low power levels for active illumination, imaging or with a laser in an operative for passive imaging. High-powered microwave system, a space-based high-powered microwave weapon system that is capable of destroying ground air and space targets. Weather-C3 system, a counter-force weather control system for military application, a system consists of a global on-demand weather observation system, a weather modeling capability, a space-based-based-directed energy weather modifier, and a command center within the necessary communication capabilities to observe, detect, enact on weather modification requirements. Solar mirror system, a system of orbital mirrors to redirect solar energy for purposes of controlling to restaurant temperature and cloud patterns. Asteroid negation system. Did you know in 1929 the German physicist Hermann Oberth developed plans for a space station from which a hundred meter wide concave mirror could be used to reflect sunlight onto a concentrated point on the Earth. Later during World War II a group of German scientists at a research center in Hilarsleben began to expand on Oberth's idea of creating a super weapon that could utilize a sun's energy to boil or burn a city called the Sun Gun. And today what is it we have serious proposals to use chemicals in space to create a lens as a G-engineering option to reduce the amount of sunlight that reaches Earth's surface. This simplified image shows one concept of solar reduction to cool the planet image courtesy of Wikimedia Commons. In ways computer simulations show effects of engineering the climate, idealized geoengineering techniques evaluated for impact on global warming. This is on the table because the narrative has been so closely gate-kept and our eyes kept on the show of promises of space travel. What we have not been seeing though it is taking place in plain sight is that those hidden occult powers have erected the infrastructure and engine that has allowed for the weaponization of space and whether to creep up in our midst and consolidate power through technologies and a false or critically lacking of facts climate change narrative. Between infinite satellite technology and infusion of massive amounts of cooling tower water vapor being infused into a hydrological cycle broken by both aerosols from highly drought affecting ground and aviation industries and a growing global positioning of microwave radars prepping up all over the world. Our jet stream and our storms are being guided by microwaves that steer all of our moisture into atmospheric rivers that could be sent anywhere in the world to global industrialists desire most. As crazy as it all sounds this is where the technology and the evidence has taken us today. So don't just keep your eyes and outer space you'll never get there yourself. Look down at ground control to find and hold those responsible accountable to. You
