And August 29, 2001, the 13 days before 911 family guy ran an episode that starts off with mass media murderer who only targeted the news host. And then it shows people jumping from the links. And it shows the media marking a person jumping to the death. And shows the media making graphic, black noises. And just fool for that, think about this clip in relationship to the last clip. A massive number of people jumped or were propelled from these ledges. And it was the emergency help on the ground was saying it was raining people. People were falling out of the air at the rate of 1 every 30 or 42. But that's not human nature to jump. Exactly. At this time before commercial, be ready with a. Yes, yes, yes, yes. And those poor firefighters who they're trained to save lives. And they felt so helpless. I think there was even one that they had to watch because he wanted to grab and catch people. In season four, episode 12, first broadcast in 1993, the episode Marge versus the Monorail was about the town of Springfield collectively deciding to purchase a Monorail for the city. In one scene of this episode, there's a poster or a picture of some sort on the wall in the background of the scene. It isn't awfully clear. However, it looks very much like one of the two towers of the World Trade Center with smoke around it. In the season nine, premiere episode, airing in 1997, titled The City of New York versus Homer Simpson. The Simpsons make their way to New York City, specifically to the World Trade Center, so that Homer can pick up their car after Barney drunkenly leaves it there. In this episode, at one point, Lisa shows the family a magazine with the front cover showing a New York tram for $9. I love to see New York. We could all go with the bus company's special Super Center fare. Nine bucks. This one's on me. Holy crap, this is awesome! I even felt the rush like this since I won that marathon! I'm Bob Costas here with Boston Marathon winner Peter Griffin. Peter, how did you do it? I'll tell you, Bob, I just got in my car and drove it, and when there was a guy in my way, I killed him. You know, I actually feel really bad for him. You know, he knew 19 guys who died on 9-11. I mean, what are the odds? Peter, I think you joined a terrorist sleeper cell. What? That's crazy! Look, I'm going to call my mood right now on this cell phone he gave me. He'll tell you. Damn, phone's busted. Maybe I dialed wrong. Peter, please stop trying to call my mood. Now to mention on American Dad the night before the Boston Marathon bombing, this episode aired and listened real close. I had a blast. Well, call the bomb squad. Because with the blast I had, that makes two blasts. On top of that, the episode of Family Guy where Brian the Dog died aired six days before Paul Walker died. And if you guys are familiar with the Fast and Furious movies, you'll know that Paul Walker's character's name is Brian. And Brian's Family Guy episode on Paul Walker's Dead both involved a car accident.
