It's a Seacing Australian Immunisation Register, Seacing correspondence and release of information. It's a two page form. Takes one minute to complete. All it asks for is your name, a few personal details. The second page is if you've got children, then you just sign it. What it is, you send it off to the Department of Human Services Australian Immunisation Registered Canberra by Registered Mail. You've got it. You're going to do it by Registered Mail. This is the Commonwealth Law. It overrides any fucking bullshit that dictated down or gladdest or that other fucking, slobbing fucking Queensland or whatever might want to come up with. This overrides everything. This is sent to the Federal Government. It is Commonwealth Law and it prohibits anyone from seeing your immunisation history, including your doctor. So if a couple or anyone comes up to you and says, sorry, what's your vaccination record? Say, just show them this and say, fuck off. I have cease correspondence. No one, no one, no outside party can see my immunisation record. It is fucking private. So there it is. I'll put the link. It's a simple thing. Send it off as quick as you can.
