You and the baby blue girl. They're right here. They're right here. Matt with Angelie Gomez yesterday, interfering nearby. She's a farm worker. She was telling me that her kids on the morning of the shooting had both graduation ceremonies were served on the school. She showed up there, but she didn't want to take photos with them. She told me she was there because she had come straight from the orange. She was working early that morning and she was dusty from the field that her kids told her mom. We want to take this photo. Is the guy still in there? We're not sure. I can't help because they're not letting regular people in need of kids here. The school just called me saying they're not going to let my kids go home and all this shit is over. This shit is sad. Especially in elementary. Kids are looking at them. Young little kids that can't fight back. They're already one of the Sandy Hook. You have to go talk to them. They've got to count the kids first. This shit happened before. And then it's kids six years old. Probably the oldest here you're going to find is nine. A lot of them. But these kids can't fight for themselves, man. It happened in high schools, but these high school kids can't fight for themselves. You know they can try. They've got football players. They've got more students coming up over there. She ran towards the school. As soon as they uncoop me, I jumped out first gate fence. And once I jumped it, I went to my son's class. And then I also on the door. And I remember the teacher saying, I'm like, hey, they're already, they're already, um, boge cutting the fence to get me. She's like, you think we have time to get out? I said, you'll have time. I'm going to run for my other son. Once she was assured her son was okay, go miss ran to get her other child, encountering more officers who tried to stop her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. Are you going to get her? I'm going to get her. Somebody's talking on the phone. Hey. Hey. Someone is saying that they're injured. Hey. Hey. because this one, have not crossed this window here. Esmi. So your mom, hi, is that okay? That's all Esmi. You know what that is? You were here in gunshots, so you knew you could hear the gunshots. It was still active. The gunshots were still active. What happened? How did it start? I don't know. They're shooting inside. Dude, this isn't a let-mentary school dude. They're still shooting. No, I don't know. I started paying attention to how far the shots were being. So that I knew the shooter was all the way still by my first son's class. So... This is a friend of the car from the hotel. I was shooting at the school. So she got in her car and she sped in about a hundred miles an hour. She told me until she finally got here. I started paying attention to how far the shots were being. So that I knew the shooter was all the way still by my first son's class. So... It wasn't gonna let go back there. Because one of the coaches from our mom was a good cop career. She was a good boy at that time. She got in the car and she was a good man from the hotel. She was a good cop. She was a good cop. She was a good cop. She was a good cop. She was a good cop. Yeah. You all know where the shots came from? They came from the back. They all went back and they stayed. Inside of the hotel. They came from the back. They came from the back. They said it was good. And now they're in relation. Okay. They have a TV station. What's the one on the floor? What's the bathroom? There's a door. There's a door. All the rooms. The peanut rabbit is there. The road that comes here with that light. It's in the lead direction. In fact, that's the little, a little school. Are you out there? Yeah. All right, thank you. We're out of the blue box. Thank you. Okay. Hey guys. We have to take one of our bags and I need everybody to scoot back. Hold it back. We're going to sit back to the second roadway. We're going to sit all the kids out there once they start coming out, okay? Hey, baby. Hey, baby. So we are hearing this morning from a mother who went inside the school in Uvalli, Texas to protect her kids. She said that police held her back and handcuffed her as the shooting unfolded. Lili Luziano has the exclusive interview. Lili, good morning. Good morning to you and Maria and to Vlad. You know, I met with Angelie Gomez yesterday in a field nearby. She's a farm worker. She was telling me that her kids on the morning of the shooting had both graduation ceremonies or ceremony at school. She showed up there, but she didn't want to take photos with them. She told me she was in there because she had come straight from work. She was working early that morning and she was dusty from the field, but her kids told her mom we want to take this photo. She says, you know, I'm so glad I took that photo because it could have been the last one. And it was for many of the parents who lost their children who had been there. Like many parents. After that, she left. She went back to work, back to the field. And within 10 minutes, she received a frantic call from her mom telling her that there was a shooting at the school. So she got in her car and she sped it about 100 miles an hour. She told me until she finally got here. And this is what she told me after. Right away as I parked, US Marcos started coming toward my car and saying that I wasn't allowed to be parked there. And he said, well, we're going to have to rescue for the being very important. I said, well, you're going to have to rescue because I'm going in there and I'm talking right now. I don't think I'm going in there. Y'all are standing with snipers and y'all are far away. You've got to go in there and I'm going in there. It's red immediately cooking and cooked. She says after evultiply, officers told Marshall to un-cooked Gomez, she ran to the school. So soon as they got cooking, I dropped that first date bin. And once I jumped it, I went to my son's class. And I knocked the door and I put the lights in to say, I'm like, hey, they're already- they're already our most-funny buffins to get me. So I can be happy to get out of there, but y'all have time. I'm going to run for my son. What she was ashore for son is okay. It was a plan to get her father-child. You can't bring more officers trying to stop. So I start yelling and I'm being a cop right now. And I'm like, well, how are you doing? What are you doing? You don't need to be in here. Give me a pass. Somebody give me a pass. I started thinking it took you to how far the shots were being. So that I knew the shooter was all the way still by my first son's class. So when I went to my son, my second son's door. So that's when they started escorting me out. And as I see that they're opening my son's door, I go run for my son and I get hit with both of her kids out safe. Goomins still can't shake the thought of her to do. Why were you were inside the school? Did you see officers every night? I'm all in there. I can't get extra pass. I went all in there. And you were here in Gunshaw. You could hear the gunshots. It was still active. The gunshots were still active. They were not in there. There was no one in there. If anything, when I pulled up, my car was closer to the school than where the sniper is. I'm going to bring it out more kids. Someone says they can stand there and move up the ramp. I'm going to bring it out. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I'm going to bring it out more kids. I mean, something but nothing was being done. I mean, something but nothing was being done. I mean, something but nothing was being done. Watch isn't a cause of a lot of confusion because these parents are taking their kids. They're not in a scary situation. But they say to pick them up at the high school. The parents are just taking them right now. I'm also happy that you were able to file the story with the amount of time that you devoted to sharing Anjali's story, the amount of time that you allowed her narrative to breathe. Her narrative to breathe. Her narrative to breathe, as we say in the business, to just allow her to express herself. Because it is a vivid, vivid, vivid description of what happened from one parent's perspective on that horrible day. And I just keep going back to what she told you about the police officers who were parked further away than where she was parked. And who ultimately tried to handcuff this mom who was willing to brave whatever. Whether she was going to be shot by the shooter or be arrested by police officers, she wanted to go in there and get her children.
