"Staff and gym goers desperately tried to help the person before the emergency service crews arrived.
"Despite their best efforts, paramedics were unable to save the person, and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
"The facility was closed on the day of the incident, Wednesday, May 14, and has since reopened."
