On Tuesday, March 25, her death certificate confirmed that she died by suicide at the age of 62 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Per TMZ, who was first to report the news. a family member had gone to her house to check in on her after they hadn't heard from her, and she was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics on March 5.
She has since been cremated, according to the certificate.
