43. Discussion and possible action RE: Authorize a District 4 project for the use of American Rescue
Plan Act funds in the amount of not to exceed $1,000,000 to support infrastructure water projects
in the Chloride Domestic Water Improvement District. These projects would include a new water
storage tank, repairs/replacement of leaking water service transmission lines and pipeline work
throughout the Town of Chloride.

44. Discussion and possible action RE: Authorize a District 4 project for the use of American Rescue
Plan Act funds in the amount of not to exceed $535,015 for Mount Tipton Water Co., Inc. This is
to purchase a new 1200 foot well with a 12-inch casing and new standpipe to replace the old
substandard equipment.

45. Discussion and possible action RE: Authorize a District 4 project for the use of American Rescue
Plan Act funds in the amount of not to exceed $165,014 for Joshua Valley Utility Company to
purchase and install 2 diesel generators large enough to power a well site. Also, the purchase and
installation of transfer switches to hook up generators to well power panels.

46. Discussion and possible action RE: Authorize a District 4 project for the use of American Rescue
Plan Act funds in the amount of not to exceed $573,500 to support up to three infrastructure
water projects for the Lake Mead Community Co-Op, Inc., located on their property at 26616 N.
Sandy Point Drive. The three projects include drilling a new commercial well, installing a water
storage tank and replacing a well pump and pipes.
