UNDER OATH - Newtown Official Testifies DHS Erected Electric Sign -- In this video excerpt from Wolfgang Halbig's FOI hearing on June 3, 2015, First Selectman Patricia Llodra of Newtown states that the electric sign that reads, “Everyone Must Check In” was erected by the Department of Homeland Security. The sign appeared outside the Fire Station on December 13 and/or 14th, 2012 since the FEMA Manual designated both days for the mass casualty drill. (Original video censored for Youtube)
