Midland Odessa Shooting Hoax - Postal Van Disposal

In the video of the Mail Van crushing, note how the guy says "Those are the 2 guys from the Mail COMPANY". Clearly aren't the feds, not to mention this should have gone thru an AUCTION, since it's govt surplus. So, how did this happen so quick, and who are the 2 guys who own "The company". If it's owned by a contractor, they wouldn't have the Official Postal Service Logo on the Van! ,
