"The 24-year-old's family took to Instagram Stories on May 4 to announce the heartbreaking news to the Brazilian beauty's 12,600 followers.
"The content creator's sister-in-law has since said Valéria died in the hospital after suddenly falling ill.
"'She didn't kill herself! She didn't fall down the stairs! We still don't know the cause, only after the autopsy!' the family member wrote of the internet personality.
"'She was recovering from bariatric [weight loss surgery], she was very weak, got sick at dawn, and ended up lifeless in the hospital. Please stop spreading lies!'"
